Hotel tesoro buen trato

No cumplen con el contrato wifi desde el primer día lo reporte y solo dicen que es una falla Me decían que si funcionaba Pero que solo en un punto de la sala y que de ahí no me podía mover porque se cortaba Caja fuerte lo mismo y que no se podía arreglar porque era fin de semana ENNA INN NO LO PUEDO RECOMENDAR A NADIE

NonWorking fridge & microwave, room not cleaned, toilet seat ready to fall off, toilet base loose, furniture dilapidated, all shower fixtures rusted, mold on shower ceiling. Condo #518

Location of the property was excellent. Close to lots of amenities

Our unit was too close to the elevator very noisy late at night people going down the hall to their rooms .

Good central location. Nice views from rooms/pool area...

Family friendly resort, enjoyed a few of the free evening daily dance shows....

staff tried hard to be helpful but was not always successful

room was in very poor condition bedroom. dresser a piece of trash whose drawer would not open. no hot water in one bathroom sink. Door jam to apartment was splintered in several places. looking like there were several times it was broken into,
