Dieses stilvolle Chic-Apartment wurde im April 2017 zu einem sehr hohen Standard komplett renoviert, mit brandneuen Möbeln und hochwertigen Betten. Jetzt hat das Bad im Januar 2019 eine komplette Renovierung erfahren und das Hauptschlafzimmer neu gestaltet atemberaubende wohnung der wow-faktor von dem moment an, in dem sie eintreten, ein perfekter ort zum entspannen, entspannen und genießen sie ihren urlaub in vollen zügen. Das Apartment verfügt über kostenloses Glasfaser-Internet und WLAN sowie eine vollständige Auswahl an TV-Kanälen in Englisch, Niederländisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Schwedisch, Spanisch und mehr sowie kostenlose Videos auf Anfrage. In idealer Lage in der ruhigen Gegend von El Portet, nur 1 Minute zu Fuß vom kosmopolitischen Fischerdorf Moraira mit seinem Blue Flag Beach und einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften entfernt. Beim Betreten des hellen und luftigen Apartments ist der Blick einfach atemberaubend und bietet einen Blick auf den Yachthafen von Moraira, das Meer und den Calpe Rock. Die Terrasse ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass Sie das ganze Jahr über Sommer- und Wintersonne genießen können. Komfortable Loungemöbel machen dies zu einem idealen Ort, um Ihr Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen oder einfach ein entspannendes Glas Wein zu genießen, während Sie die Aussicht und den Klang genießen der Wellen. Es gibt eine sehr moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, die für Komfort und Entspannung konzipiert sind. Eines davon ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Balkon, der die Sonne zum Leuchten bringt und auf die ruhige Straße El Portet blickt. Die Suite verfügt außerdem über ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ankleidezimmer / Arbeitszimmer Auch hier gibt es einen privaten Balkon und ein stilvolles Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Alle können mit einer Tür für Privatsphäre vom Rest der Wohnung geschlossen werden. Das Gästebad hat auch eine Dusche. Zum Apartment gehört ein privater Parkplatz, der über die Tiefgarage und den Straßeneingang mit dem Aufzug erreichbar ist. Halten Sie sich im Sommer kühl und im Winter warm mit der zentralen Klimaanlage. Die wunderschöne Bucht und der Strand von El Portet sind ebenfalls nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn Sie also einen ruhigen Rückzugsort suchen, aber dennoch zentral gelegen sind, um einen Familienurlaub oder einen romantischen Kurzurlaub zu verbringen, ist diese schöne Wohnung perfekt.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this clean spacious apartment. The air conditioning system is super and much appreciated in the August temperatures. Things have been very well thought out such as a plug point next to a huge mirror in the bathroom and excellent storage/hanging space. The views from the balcony are amazing. It’s nice and shaded for breakfast then the sun works its way round in the afternoon. The apartment is an easy flight of steps away from the centre but is very quiet. Paula and her son Elliot met us and managed to get us an early check which was appreciated and showed us round and made it clear she was there for any problems of which there were none or for local information on restaurants etc. we would certainly return. The only point which is just an observation not a criticism is that the small shower room is very small. I am
5ft 9 and my husband is 6ft 3 so we couldn’t use the second shower. It would be fine for children/small adults and at least the other shower is a large walk in one. We are out every night,but the apartment has all you need should you wish to eat in. Thanks Paula and good luck Elliot

From booking, communication has been excellent with Paula. She answered any questions promptly and met us on arrival. The apartment is spacious and very clean with excellent views of the marina and sea. We arrived during a local fiesta which made it extra special. Excellent location, lots of fabulous restaurants - we ate in a different one each night. Very highly recommended 😊

Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again.

Firstly, let me say that I am quite picky. Paula’s condo was AMAZING! The property is even better than pictured and the location is perfect. You only need to walk out the door & you are just a small stairway from the seafront with all of its shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean & well appointed. Three balconies were such a delight! Paula was an amazing person and host. The followed some of her recommendations & they were wonderful. We hated to leave but can confidently recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Paula!

We stayed for a week and explored the town and attended family events nearby. The location is was most convenient, had great views, and everything we needed while relaxing at the flat. We really enjoyed being there during festival week.

Our stay was so amazing that we will be looking to go again next year. Everything was on point, the apartment was modern and fresh, we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. So much choices and the good thing was that all shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of Moraira. Beautiful sea views and a 2 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. A proper home from home and Paula couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Reecently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, it literally has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday with a view from the balcony that we'll remember for a long time. Communication with Paula was efficient and she kindly met us to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had about the AC, TV or Wifi etc - A real home from home with all high end furnishings, bedding and kitchen equipment, many thanks for providing such a beautiful property to the holiday rental market.

Excellent position
Paula was an excellent, friendly and efficient property manager.
Although there were unexpected problems with the apartment next door that impacted on the lovely apartment we booked, Paula immediately dealt with all the issues with ease. We had a lovely holiday, Moraira is a fabulous resort and we will be returning as soon as life returns to normal due to the Coronavirus.

Great comfort
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in this apartment. Everything we needed was there. It felt very homely; comfortable seating and luxurious beds, beautiful artwork and wonderful views of the coast.
The weather was pleasantly warm for January. We were there when Storm Gloria came for 2 days which caused a lot of excitement and not too much damage in Moraira. Paula helped us enormously and was always on call when we needed her. We would certainly recommend this property to others.

The apartment was very good, great views and location and everything you needed, we were there when we had thunderstorms all week which was disappointing, Moraira was quite touristy, plenty bars and restaurants lots of nice boutique shops a more up market resort

Lovely apartment and contained everything you could want or need. Felt like a home from home. Fantastic location and although the underground car park was narrow it was great to have somewhere cool to park the car. Paula was very helpful and polite.

Undiscovered Moraira
We spent 16 nights in this very comfortable and superbly equipped apartment. The beds were especially comfortable and the master bathroom’s walk-in shower was brilliant. Paula met us on arrival and explained everything perfectly, she has a wonderful personality. The location was perfect in fact we didn’t use our car much at all because it was an easy walk everywhere. The shops were as good as anywhere with small privately owned boutiques with exceptional choices. The car parking in the garage was challenging so we parked on the street, if you do use the garage get a very small car.
We were there in May so the balcony got the sun about 4 until sunset.
We can highly recommend this apartment and will hopefully return.

High quality apartment with a superb view of the sea.
We had an enjoyable stay in Moraira. The property was beautifully furnished and all needs were catered for. The artwork and the lighting had been carefully chosen. The bed was very comfortable and the dressing room helped to keep everything tidy. Moraira offers plenty of restaurants and shops and the position of the apartment means it is easy to walk everywhere. All went smoothly on arrival as our agent met us and showed us the property including taking us to see the local restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful time in Moraira. The apartment was well located near the sea, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean. Well equipped for cooking. The range of TV channels was great. Wi-Fi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Shower rooms immaculate. The balcony was a great place to relax in the sun overlooking the sea.

The location is ideal for all of the amenities in the town and the views from the balcony are superb.

Well equipped apartment in a good location.
The apartment has everything needed for a great holiday, with probably the most comfortable bed we've had on holiday. The location was excellent with the added bonus of being able to watch the Moors & Christians parade from the front balcony ( recommended if you can go in June ). Paula was very helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay. Paula was so helpful and on hand for anything we needed.
The apartment is very well equipped, modern and absolutely spotless. We travelled with our 6 month old baby and the apartment was perfect, gorgeous shops, restaurants and beach right on your doorstep plus the added bonus of private parking.
We would stay here again as it’s an ideal base for exploring the area, I cannot recomend it enough. Throughout our stay we did not come up with anything negative to comment on.

Fabulous apartment with stunning views!
Arriving at the apartment and met by Paula, we were delighted with our friendly welcome and found the apartment to be even better than we expected. Spacious and spotlessly clean, it is beautifully furnished and decorated, with comfortable seating, a kitchen fully equipped for cooking delicious meals and everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. A special feature were the extra comfortable beds covered in warm duvets and throws for extra warmth (we visited in February). As well as the stunning views over the sea, marina and town with mountains in the distance, the balcony had more comfortable seating and was sheltered enough to sit out for breakfast and again in the evening to watch the sensational sunsets. The apartment is a very short walk from the town, with restaurants, bars, wonderful shopping and the seafront which has plenty of seating for those sunny days and a clean sandy beach complete with cafe.
We absolutely loved the apartment and had a wonderful holiday - will definitely recommend this place and hope to return!
