Bathroom is tiny

The room was outdated with old furniture and old towels. The bed and mattress were old and worn out. People were yelling out in the hallway at 7:30 am.

Breakfast wasn't very good. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Very busy area.

Great place to stay. Rooms are large and clean. Very convenient for walking to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

Hot tub and pool.

Way overpriced for the condition of the room. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and shower curtain had tape holding it. It was clean, convenient and the breakfast was good with lots of options.

The hotel itself is lovely. The staff was great, We loved the hot tub, pool, and fitness area. The only thing we absolutely hated was the layout of our room. It was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. When you open the door to the room, you literally face a bathroom sink and the toilet is to your left. That is the first thing you see: a sink and toilet. It was so difficult to just get our luggage in the room because you have to squeeze past the sink trying to keep the door open at the same time. And if someone is getting ready at the sink, they have to squeeze behind you to use the toilet. It was awful. I never paid so much for a hotel room before because it was in Jackson Hole and then to have such a terrible room was such a huge disappointment.

I didn't like that the buildings aren't connected but, overall, a great experience.

Rather expensive

Banquet room garbage was left in hallway for 2 days until we asked for it to be removed. Convenient dog relief area. Close to restaurants and shops.

Close proximity to town and a short drive to Jackson Hole. Breakfast was excellent.

For what we paid for staying here, I expected a nicer and bigger room. The room was dark, outdated, and the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever experienced. I would not stay here again.

Walking distance to Jackson Square. Breakfast has a nice selection.

Old amenities shower head got problems

It was really good, there’s drinks all day long in the dining hall, and the reception was really nice

Great location

Overall the hotel was fine. Clean, accessible, and the free breakfast was very good. What I did not really like was the sink right at the door. Hard to get luggage in and out. Just poorly placed. Also did not like the small bathroom. Had to stand between the shower and toilet to shut and open the door. I can forgive some inconvenience since we spent most of our time out enjoying the Wyoming mountains.

Cozy and comfortable suite as a home base for our hiking adventures. Close to all of the main hotspots in Jackson and a GREAT breakfast.

The hotel is scattered over several buildings, the room decor is outdated. The rooms are loud, mostly due to the air conditioner/heat pump units. It comes across as a much more luxury hotel than it actually is. Its adequate, but not much better than a super 8 or a LaQuinta. Way overpriced for what it is.

What a cute themed hotel. Walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was nicely decorated. Only thing very early the shower went on above us in another room. Very loud. Maybe wear ear plugs. And the breakfast was not as nice as other places we have stayed. I was able to enjoy oatmeal and grapefruit. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! We were so close to downtown area we just walked. Very good breakfast options, the gym was great as well! Comfiest bed I slept in for my week trip in Wyoming. All around a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
