It was lovely to find this place as it's a little different from the usual hotels that I stay in. Guests can keep themselves to themselves in their room with its fridge, coffee machine and smart TV or mingle with other guests in the communal areas. I would definitely stay again when in the area

We were visiting family in the area but wanted our own space so booked this place. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience from a slick check in, well equipped room with streaming services on the TV, our own coffee machine in the room and a well equipped clean and spacious kitchen.

This was a lovely friendly, welcoming and warm room. It felt really homely, I felt relaxed as soon as I got there. The rooms are well equipped, clean and plenty of room. Having a full kitchen was a bonus

The property was very clean, I had everything towels, soap, shampoo and was a very good quality, the wireless is so fast ( is the first place with the best wireless), I had kitchen also clean.

Super room with table top fridge, coffee machine, TV with Netflix etc in a very quiet location. Both the Kettering General Hospital and Kettering town train station are about a 15 min walk. The property itself is right in the centre of town making grocery shopping or eating out at night very convenient.

Mark is a nice person and a good host. Good to talk to. He made me feel comfortable in his house. Nice and modern house with all the amenities and good parking. Recommended if you are in and around Kettering.

This was an awesome find. A very well appointed room in a modern we'll equipped and homely place. The check in was very smooth, the location was excellent for the town centre, train station and Kettering General Hospital. I felt very much at home, warm, safe and secure. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

It has everything you need for a stay away from home, would thoroughly recommend 👌
