Excellent staying in a renovated historical hotel. Cleanliness could be improved, but all in general was amazing. R&F food, exceptional.

Very nice hotel in the city centre. The service is great. Unfortunately not enough common areas and the old nice bar downstairs was replace by a noisy loud music restaurant full of people during the weekend. There is not a relaxing place to be in the hotel except for your room. The cleaning service needs improvements. People at the front desk are very nice and they try their best

This is probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel, which from the outside looks stunning, is completely falling apart on the inside. I was given a different, smaller room in what seemed like a basement where the towels were dirty. I was switched to a bigger room after being told they had none where it smelled of dampness, yellow water came out of the shower, holes in the sheets and dirty pillow covers.The worst part was the check out: the hotel did not accept the price I was charged with hotels.com, overcharging me on both exchange rate and taxes (even though it was stated all was included in my booking) and extremely rude staff that raised their voice at us when trying to come up with a solution. I feel deceived and insulted and ultimately ripped off of something that should have been a nicer experience.

This hotel oozes charm, nostalgia and splendor. The restaurant was exceptional. I had three dinners there, excellent on each occasion. Altogether a pleasant and special experience. The live pianist playing in the bar area at happy hour was a nice touch. I loved this hotel. Only downside was some street noise in the old style 'upgraded' room, which was actually a suite. All the staff were excellent.

This a very old remodeled hotel, this hotel has too much history, Freddy Mercury stayed there before he died among other local and international celebrities, well located in the heart of rosario. 2 swimming pools outdoor and indoor with a cozy gym, only thing i will change will be the breakfast, everyday was the same and not like other 4 star hotels changing some of the food not too many option with hot food just bacon and scrambled egg a lot of cold food

It is a beautiful old renovated building at a great location and with lots of history. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it, the walls are thin and there is a lot of noise. The service was ok, (not great), dinner at the hotel was mediocre and breakfast served with lots of supermarket sweets and prepackaged juices, beside the fruit salad there were no healthy options. All in all it was a nice energy inside the hotel.

Have been a returning customer for many years. Staff is great and always ready to help. It is an icon in Rosario.
The included breakfast is excellent with the incredible medialunas de grasa.
Did not like to see how it is deteriorating through the years. It seems that there is very little building maintenance after the nice remodeling so many years ago. One of the elevators has been broken since october 2018. Today, april 2, 2019 it is still not working. Some of the bathrooms have seen better years.

This hotel is perfectly located, the food at the restaurant is great especially the pastas. A/C works very well, staff are so corteous, breakfast was included and I recommend to ask for the pan campestre that’s not included but it is soo good. Room was spacious, I got a free upgrade I didn’t want to leave honestly, it was such a nice place to stay in Rosario.

- check out next morning was not great. My NZ Visa card worked only on the fourth and oldest EFTPoS machine. The young man at the counter kept scratching his crutch. I paid for both our rooms which thoroughly confused him.So finally after paying for two rooms he still thought my guest should pay. So I had to explain yet again I paid for 314 & 212 so te person in 212 didn’t have to pay anything!!! Not the sharpest tool in the shed

Rooms have a great size; quiet place. Only improvement for the rooms are that the doors were a bit hard to close; probably they need a small service to fix them.

The only issue is that I could not use the Internet in my room. The connection kept cutting off and I needed to go to the lobby or the breakfast room all the time to use WIFI. I was promised WIFI in the room but it did not work.

Our room was one of the old rooms on a lower floor with very little natural light, but a beautiful old building cannot change its walls! The shortcomings were more than made up for by the kind attention of the staff, the perfect location and the huge airy dining room where we took merienda every afternoon and entertained family. If a view is important to you, pay more for the newer room, but if you only plan to sleep in you room, pay less and spend your savings enjoying Rosario.

This is a charming old girl with nice modern touches, although it still feels old in the rooms. My room was nice, big and clean. The hotel is just a few blocks from the river, flag memorial and Cordoba walking street. The front desk staff dont speak great English, as well as the restaurant, but that is typical for Rosario generally.
