Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom was dirty. Ancient small TVs with 5 channels. On the first night a woman had her door open and let her child walk in and out of the room screaming and crying at 2:00am for 20 minutes. Toilet would not flush, told them in the morning 9am, they said they would have it fixed, came back at 4pm to rest and toilet was not fixed. they sent somebody up right away, took the guy 45 minutes to realize he needed a plunger. he was friendly but didn’t clean up or send somebody to clean up once he got done.

All good, but wifi very slow. Most of time, using my own 4G. And, it should be high priority nowsday.

The view of the hotel in the rear view mirror of my car was comforting.

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that there was a R$20 parking fee. Booking says that there is parking but does not inform that it is an additional cost. After speaking with the manager and letting him know that I was not happy to pay the fee, he said that if I had booked it directly with them that he could have waived the parking fee, but because booking gives them “so little” for the room, he insisted that I pay the parking fee, which I ended up doing. Needless to say, that set the tone for my experience. From there, it only got worse. The first room: 312 - after being assign my first room, I parked my car, unloaded my luggage and went up to the room. My first impression was that it was a very basic room, but decided that, since I had already invested the amount of money, which would not be refunded… my wife and I would do our best to make it through the night. That is… until I opened the curtains and looked at the bed. There, in plain sight, were three HAIRS… one quite long and the other two smaller… along with some other things… perhaps lent. So… I figured that sleeping in a “fresh” hotel bed with someone’s else’s hair was a bit too disgusting. I told my luggage down to the front desk and the gentleman was very apologetic… he said that I should have called down to the front desk and he would have come up to help me… he said that he would put me in a better room facing the street… so he gave me the key to 707. The second room: 707 - I opened the door and it seemed nicer that the first room, so I opened the curtains, checked the bed for hair… was not able to find any and the phone rang. The gentleman asked me how the room was and I told him that it seemed to be better than the first. I thanked him and hung up. I sat down on the bed.. to reflect on the recent chain of events and looked down to the floor… upon which I noticed a plastic clothing tag barb that had been removed from a new piece of clothing. OH MY GOODNESS!

Breakfast was good but when eggs finished they weren't replaced.

We had 2 double rooms booked, one was smaller than the other and the larger room smelt stinky. Also we only had 1 small soap and 1 shampoo in each room for 2 people. Although when I asked at reception I was able to get more straight away.

Breakfast was okay and hotel was clean and organized.

Had a confirmation for a crib on my phone but hotel said they never get it and was not able to add one because the room ladies were all gone.
