WOW! This hotel was amazing. Lots of space, lots of outlets and lighting. Convenient for the Christmas market and other shopping/food. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was really amazing, the only thing that wasnt perfect was the instead of a double bed i got two single beds attached together and it wasnt that comfy at night..also the duvet was single which barely covered my body.

Arriving at 11.30 my room was already available, the car was valet parked and the front desk could not have been more helpful. It got to 34 degrees outside but the room was very well airconditioned. Excellent Hotel, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the close proximity to the Christmas market and ease of access to the train station. The Valet Parking was super helpful - I would not have otherwise wanted to attempted to park my car myself.

Exceptional!! Beautiful rooms, thoughtful extra items with fabulous smelling soaps and lotions. Super quiet even with Christmas market outside. Phenomenal breakfast!! Every food I loved was there: poached eggs, salmon, veggies, muesli, a million breads and cheese and omelets to order. Full German, English and American breakfast foods and fish and cheeses. Wonderful coffee and free champagne. Service was so polite and attentive. Hot hot sauna and steam room were great after all the sights and museums of Leipzig. We went to the opera dressed to the max from this posh hotel and it felt just right.

Why are there giant Ukrainian flags hanging outside of your hotel? Why do you think clients need to know to whom you support on a distant conflict? How about focusing on your hospitality job instead of meddling in politics. I do not appreciate your virtue signaling. On a more particular note, bed arrangament was uncomfortable.

Located in the center of town for easy walking. Nice, big rooms. There is no cafe, just a bar. Nice for drinking but not for eating. Either pay way more to eat a good but limited menu or walk outside to the many available alternatives.

The hotel combines contemporary luxury with classical grand hotel charm. My room was spacious with a separate dressing area and large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The bed was super comfortable. All the furnishings were of the highest quality. I had a view of the main square and the room was very quiet as the sound insulation was very good. Due to covid the restaurant was closed but it was possible to get dinner in the elegant bar. The breakfast had a very good selection of tasty cooked items and a selection of cold cuts cheeses and breads was provided to each table on an elegant 3 tiered plate holder, which was a very nice touch. Unfortunately the spa was shut due to covid, but I am sure it would be worth a visit once life returns to normal. The hotel staff were all charming and helpful. The hotel is luxurious in the true sense of the word ie wonderful comfort and service without being ostentatious. The location in the heart of Leipzig is perfect as well.I thoroughly recommend it and will stay there again next time I am in Leipzig

This is a lovely hotel, conveniently located in Leipzig. The balcony had a wonderful view. The room was very big, clean, and luxurious. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this stay!

Overall very good - nice place, very good location. Room a little small, but really great en suite.

Even though the hotel is in the center of the city it was quiet all nights. The valet parking personnel put our luggage into the trunk of our car without asking for it. Thank you for your good service.

Hotel is fine, and parking very close. Central location in Leipzig. One disappointment: I had a luxury room, but on top floor with high placed windows. Next time I will be sure to ask for a room at a lower floor with bigger windows.

The best hotel in Leipzig and I have stayed in a few. The rooms and bathrooms are in a great condition and the decor makes you feel like home.

Value for money as nowhere else; polite, discrete service, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big bathroom, Leipzig just outside the doorstep. Not to forget the breakfast! Classical music in the lobby as is suitable for a stylish, classic central European hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff, especially Julia the concierge were so helpful. The child specific toiletries in the cot were a lovely touch. However a few things let it down such as despite having an extensive pillow menu we still found them all uncomfortable; the light switches in the room were frustrating as to put the main one on you had to go back to the door; and lack of information - we had to call for the WiFi password, there was no prices for the mini bar. Small things you’d expect for the price. Overall a great stay though.
