Location works for me, room is big enough

Extremely soulless rooms, the shower has a curtain (which era we are living in and there is no proper shower cabin) check in problems (there is no personnel, I had to wait to get into my room).

The hotel is clean and tidy. I didn't use the breakfast. It is simple basic accommodation, so it suited me. Only marked down on value as all of Switzerland is too expensive.

Self Check-in worked brilliant. The breakfast was well prepared. Clean hotel. All you need for one night.

Not enough and badly positioned plugs

The bathroom smells like a sewer. Lights in bathroom were in a defect.

Big and relaxing room, desk and TV. Clean. Very good free WiFi.

It needs a refrigerator in the room and better breakfast. Little decoration would be nice, there is character at all. There is no reception personnel etc so if you have any issues e.g. with lost luggage delivered by the airline courier, there is no one to receive it if you are away to morning business visit.

WC in poor condition...

Spacious rooms, good location (by the Main Street but not too loud), good breakfast. Window had a screen which isn't the usual for Europe. Solid bike stand right out front (I was traveling by bike for this trip).

Room was hot with no way to cool. Lots of maintenance and cleaning items... broken nightstand light, bathroom fan didn't work, vanity light was out, drinking glasses were dirty, trash hadn't been emptied from previous guest and had feminine hygiene products in it, shower had missing floor tiles. Not sure how much of this is still COVID related but this is Switzerland, not some 3rd world country. Checkin was delayed because of booking through Booking.com. I was given a handicapped room with a low shower head and flimsy curtain that wrapped around you when showering.

Very poor breakfast....too bad, otherwise would be a perfect place to stop.

- smell in the corridors reminds you of a hospital - adding bit of eggs, hot chocolate and vegetables for breakfast for instance would be good - if you are used to humans, you won't see any staff but that can also be a plus in covid times
