Property is clean and staff are professional. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good!

The overall stay was good. However the 2 rooms we were in were both with faulty glass shower doors on hinges. One had an exhaust fan not working and tv programming was not adequate in 1 room. A 3rd party inspection should be done in this place.

Encore Ramada is very comfortable and at a very good location where many business and leisure places can be easily reached either walking or via a short drive.

Irresponsible staff. 4 times of follow up to get my laundry and it arrived at 11pm and i had to catch sleep to leave at 4am

Hotel is in pretty good condition and staff is mostly willing to serve. Apart from the staff in undergoing training, all the rest was pretty good.

Excellent hotel for your stay in Guadalajara! We stayed for three nights and the all the staff was always very helpful and friendly, they also offered delicious complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great because it has a variety of dining options. Clean. My only feedback is I would ask that the housekeeping team be more considerate about their guest and bring down the noise level. There was a lot of loud talking across the hallway while they cleaned up some rooms,and that was pretty unpleaseant when youre trying to unwind and settle in after a long day of travel.

The hotel smells unpleasant, like paint, like it was recently remodeled. The color scheme felt very 80's: red, white, and black. It was not inviting or relaxing at all. The rooms and hallways were decorated with a whimsical/cartoonish astronaut/outer space theme. The lighting for the entire hotel could use an overhaul. It feels like you are in an office building. I have never stayed in a room that didn't have a closet. Instead, it had two rods sticking out of the wall where you could hang your clothes -exposed-. No drawers either, just some shelves. The air conditioning made all sorts of noises and dripped water all over the floor. When we reported the issue, we were told that as long as we kept it around 23-24 degrees Celsius (74-75 degrees Fahrenheit) the unit would work normally. We followed the instructions, and we still had a puddle of water the next day. We reported it again, and nothing got done about it. Lastly, the remote control for the TV was out of batteries. I really wanted to like this hotel, but it just didn't deliver.

I had a bad experience with staff bad service and cold water I called them to send a personal to fix it and never went we had to shower with cold water

Very helpful. Our driver from the hotel was excellent.

Our room was not ready at check in time. We requested an iron and it never came we had to call back for the iron 2 hours later.

Hotel cleanliness was lacking. Our first room smelled very bad. When I addressed the situation they were not apologetic and I had to ask to be moved to a different room. The hotel definitely needs a deep clean.
