Clean, staff services

The room was extremely dirty. The pillows had yellow stains and black marks. The bathroom had rust and cracks all over the wall. Breakfast is small but good. Staff was pleasant.

Excellent staff and in particular the guy who organizes the breakfasts; very kind, polite and helpful.

Good breakfast. Beautiful enclosed patio for hanging out. Property could use a bar with snacks.

Place its great!. Staff is nice and goes beyond dutties to fulfill all request. Breakfast its the same every single day (this is my second stay and it was the exact same). Cleaning in the rooms its true bad side. Housekeeping should try a little bit harder since everyday cleaning is deficient

Best thing its location. Right in front of Patio de Olmos, secure area. Felt safe walking around everywhere. Hotel its pretty basic, if you are ok with this its probably a good option. Room its big, nice and comfy bed, good linens. Bathroom is crowded, 2 toiletries (pretty bad). Cleaning could be better. Breakfast was good but for 4 days was the exact same. Staff its nice, friendly, helpfull. I had a bad experience tho: I had confirmed with the hotel directly a transfer service (I had a previously bad experience with taxis so wanted to be sure). At 1 am the transfer never arrived and the hotel didn't respond. I ended up paying much more and no one held responsability or properly apologize for it (I recieved some made excuses about someone calling me which never happen)

The room was big and the bed was great. The breakfast buffet was awesome! There was a great selection and the staff was nice. Would stay again.

Overall everything was good but breakfasts were disappointing as they were serving cold scrambled eggs n cold cooked sausages everday , even the hot milk was cold , very easy to get sick But lunch n dinner were top quality

Nice hotel, average size rooms, clean. Some lack of attention to details, like the AC not working at the breakfast room, cold scramble eggs and sausages.

Most central location and the cleanliness was above and beyond, their staff is ever willing to help without exception. excellent formula to feel comfortable, secure and enjoy your stay.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. No tub, just a shower. No room service, but there is restaurant in the hotel. Great location; walking distance to many restaurants & stores.

Requested private info during registration. Not flexible and not nice with guests ...

Hotel in good location to walk to San Martin Plaza, and other sights. A few decent bars and restaurants nearby. Room was decent size and bed comfortable.

I was here a year ago as well and i can say that they have improved. Internet is much better, staff speak english and are helpful and overall it felt like a more pleasant experience. Otherwise, the location is perfect - right in the city center across the street from the Patio Olmos mall and close to lots of good restaurants and clubs.

Just a few blocks from the Jesuit Block and main shopping streets.

We arrived late from the airport and the desk staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast room was convenient and well appointed. Muy bien.

In a word - average. I was there for 5 nights and all i can say is that the experience was mediocre. The services are not that good considering that it took 4 phone calls in an evening to get a fork up to my room and the internet connection was down for 4 nights out of 5. The excuse in that case was "well the internet is free anyway, so we can't pay you back for something that is not free". The location on the other hand was great. Right in the center, next to the mall and numerous bars/pubs/clubs. Room was clean with full minibar. Still better than the NH Urbano Hotel. I would probably return only due to the low price.

This hotel is very well located in front of Patio Olmos Shopping Mall and walking distance to downtown Cordoba. Rooms are ample and comfortable. Staff is not very well trained and the two times that I've stayed here, they have lost the brochure box I have sent in advance and have done no efforts to find it until I insist 4 or 5 times.

Hotel staff promised not to charge one of two nights and did anyway at checkout! After returning home, Hotels.com called them and they refused to honor their commitment to remove one night stay. While the hotel looked nice and the location was good, the experience was a disaster - we were without sleep for two days, were lied to and feel completely cheated. Definitely wont stay there again and I highly recommend against this hotel.
