Overall fine. Really liked the open concept; but the sleeper sofa is worn out. I had a friend visit for the evening and the sofa cushions got lower and lower with my legs resting on the frame of the sofa. The arm of the right side of the sofa is dipped from wear. Shower bottom was questionable for cleanliness. Think it needs a good scrub. Looked like maybe mold. The king bed frame squeaked when I would move at all. I did enjoy my stay. Think the room just needs a little tlc.

It was just ok. Breakfast ok just basic nothing special

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile from ASU where we were attending a late night play on campus. Check in was easy. I requested the top floor but was given the 3rd floor instead of the 4th but no big deal. My room appeared to be a room to accommodate a mobility challenged person. There was a mini fridge, microwave, TV and coffee maker. We went downstairs to the lobby to read and socialize. The lobby was very nice with comfortable seating. I decided to try the free breakfast however there were several guests who were attending a playoff game also staying. Breakfast appeared to be carb heavy with cereals, breads, breakfast bars, fruit and juices. I did not see any choices for a person who eats high protein low carb foods so we decided to eat at one of the local restaurants. The serving station was also filled with spilled cereal and smelled of burnt toast so it would be nice to have someone tidying up the area since the guests did not clean up after themselves. There is a Twin Peaks and a ChickFilA almost in the same parking lot. Taco Bell, Rosa’s and Chipotle are across the street. There was no noise from traffic, the hotel was relatively quiet. My only issue was that I found a very long blond hair on one of the clean towels in the shower where the new towels are stored. My daughter and I have short dark brown coily hair so unsure if this was a left over towel from another guest or from the cleaning team.

Sink in bathroom had almost no water pressure, and most of the time all we could get was a drip. We had to turn on the shower to wash our hands. We reported the problem, and the hostess at front desk told us that the hotel purposely reduced water in faucets all over the hotel. She also said that the maintenance crew was gone for the day and would not be able to look at the problem. It was 3:45 p.m.! Shower floor had mold and/or rust. Looked disgusting. Room had a peculiar smell. Breakfast was fine, but will never stay there again.

My room was dirty when I arrived and half of the stuff in the room didn't work. Then the manage decided to accuse me of smoking in my room when I don't smoke and i had my children in the room and my daughter has asthma. They need to learn how to speak to guest.

Great property nice location

The room we booked had a major problem but the lady at the front desk didn’t miss a beat and gave us a new room which was actually the one we had on the stay the week before.

Breakfast was good. Service all around was excellent. Felt safe parking my vehicle. Very clean.
