Unhygienic accomodation Greedy and unpunctual staff

Service at Park Hotel was friendly. Immediately after my booking registered online, the proprietor called me to welcome me in advance and opened his line for me to let him know if I needed anything. We communicated by WhatsApp until my arrival. He organized a friendly driver to picke me up from the airport. Gustana was punctual.

The surrounding area is quite rough and a unexpected, but I have seen places and I did not feel very disappointed. What matters to me is the human touch and homely feeling I experienced. I can blend in most places, and that's the advantage of being black in PAP. French Creole took a lot of concentration to understand, but that did not come as a surprise. The swimming pool did not have water, but I am not a swimmer, so it didn't matter to me.

Very helpfull staff and Philip made sure you are comfortable.

The owner Phillippe is nice guy, he organized airport taxi. Also, he organized local guide Claude. Hotel is at really good location. Swimming pool is amazing.

Low water pressure, but we could live with that.

the stay was good we had a good time labas the staff is just fabulous it gives me great pleasure the way they valued the people especially mr philip who made our stay incredible very nice very courteous! but i I liked it, I could taste some good Haitian food Du Riz a sos pwa ak boeuf🤪😋😋

I hope in the future that they will add more things and more improvements but it was wonderful Looking forward to going back

The property is very clean and pretty design. Philip’s wife did all the paintings in the hostel and they’re all beautiful. I had a chance to stay in both the hostel and hotel. I love both. Rooms are clean, it’s easy going relaxing vibe by the pool. Short walk to get food.
