Excellent!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Una was so kind to even arrange for a Christmas tree for the children to enjoy!

The House was in a peaceful remote location right across from it you have the sea. You have all necessities in the house, from a well equipped kitchen to towels and a washingmachine. We stayed at the end of October/ beginning of November and the house was warmly heated when we arrived. The communication with our host Una was uncomplicated and the registration for the house went without problems.

My wife and I had a lovely time in Rosmuck. The cottage was clean and Michael was great. The location was good to get into Galway and around Connemara. Overall a very nice place to base out of.

Lovely well-kept cottage will spacious rooms and all amenities. Quiet location with breathtaking view of the sea. Host and brother were very hospitable. A pleasant experience. Would recommend to others for a holiday stay.

Very well-maintained and clean house, comfortable beds, very good location for exploring connemara. The house is on a main road so a car is needed. Also we would have liked to have a dishwasher.

Authentic and cosy cottage - next to the sea. Plenty of space (up to 9 persons can sleep here ...) - several bath rooms available; large kitchen, big refrigerator, coffee machine, and also otherwise very well equipped (... a dishwasher would however be a plus - especially if you are numberous here ...). We have spent a wonderful week in this beautiful spot of Ireland.

Una’s place was super clean and warm, a perfect base to explore Connemara and the surrounding area.

Surrounded by spectacular scenery and friendly locals, we had a great stay in the cottage. It met all our needs and was a great base to explore the many beaches, towns and visitor centres, all within short drives through the lovely landscape. Will definitely return to Connemara.

We are a family of 6 and we spent a week in Una's house in Rosmuc. The house is a big house with all modern facilities required for a comfortable stay. The house was immaculately clean. It is well situated so we were able to travel to all the different areas within Connemara. We enjoyed our holiday and I recommend Una's house as a great base for visiting Connemara. Martin

The cottage was great, lots of space, nice bedrooms. Great location with views of the sea. Nice neighbour (Michael). Everything you need is available in the house. The fireplace worked well.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and comfortable and accommodated our group of hill walkers easily. The host’s brother was available to help any time and offered some great advice on local places of interest. The nearby view point in particular was spectacular.

Excellent base to tour Connemara - need a bike or a car to get around

Just has a fantastic week in this lovely property. The perfect base for our day trips to Clifden, Westport, Galway city, Aran Islands and the many beautiful beaches in Connemara. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Michael next door was lovely and friendly and gave us many tips and ideas on places to visit. Just back from a lovely stay in Glencoh. Great house plenty of facilities and a beautiful part of the world.

Just home from a lovely relaxing holiday. The house is in a great location ( many sights within 40-45 min drive and great scenery all around) and is well equipped. We especially loved lighting the fire in the evening. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and found that there was plenty of space. Una was very responsive when I had questions and her brother Michael who lives next door was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and return again.

We arrived without getting lost, following owner instructions, to find that the cottage is both warm and very well laid out. The rooms are spacious, well fitted and the kitchen was a pleasure in which to cook. It is clear that this cottage has been restored and maintained with great care and attention to detail in this beautiful setting. As we have been to Connemara a number of times we decided to stay very local this time. The area has many inland waterways, old cottages and fantastic stone walls. The little side roads, as pointed out by next neighbour Michael, ensured that we had great walking and we arrived at coastal stretches that are away from the main roads and also at a high up lookout point where we could see 360 deg. of scenery - amazing. Arriving back to a warm cottage in the evening we relaxed and listened to music. A cottage of a very high standard and in a location that gives easy access to all the tourist points we will return. Next time I will bring my water colours and enjoy some painting. A big thank you to the owner and well done. 5 stars would be our rating. K&G

Staying at this well equipped, comfortable, cheerful home in a great location for sight seeing was smooth from start to finish. We were there for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The owner and her brother are great hosts and take excellent care of their guests. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely cottage centrally located and easy to find. We visit family in the area every few years and this is the best cottage we have stayed in. Very spacious, clean and well equipped with a nice view and a great location. Near all major roads for exploring this beautiful region. We were 5 adults and did not feel crowded. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked well, WiFi was a great convenience. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The cottage has everything you need, it is very spacious. It is on the Wild Atlantic Way, and the view is beautiful! You need to have a car.

The Weavers Cottage is ideally located for visiting all the wonderful sights of Connemara. We were 4 generations, and the house itself suited all our needs. The downstairs bedroom with en suite was perfect for my mum who has mobility issues. The family room was great for my daughter and her family. The house is spotless and is truly a home from home and is very well equipped. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather and had sunshine every day which was a bonus! Very clean, very comfortable, well set up, lovely location and lovely neighbours. What more can we say? If you have not been to Galway, then you really should and this cottage will honestly be a good place to start.
