Nice location and views. A herd of cows passes every morning in front of the house and the bells' sound is lovely.

The owner charges for the sheets in case you don't have your own. The price in our case for 2 nights was 30 euros and we got a discount of 10 euros because we were with kids. Also, another interesting aspect was that the control of the heating was locked away so that we couldn't increase the temperature. That was a very Dickensian feature of the place but not very amusing when we asked from the owner to increase the temperature a little bit as it was a rather chilly night. He claimed that the law forbids him to increase the temperature (something that nobody told us the previous days on the Italian Alps). Also, he said that if we dislike his place and its temperature we can always go and find a hotel to spend the night (a very ingenious idea at 22:00!). The whole experience and the behavior of the owner was nasty and we regretted we didn't pay more to find a better place to stay. Next night the temperature was a little higher indeed but this didn't change the first unfavorable impression.
