No breakfast

Well above expectations quality to price, cleanliness, rooms, hospitality. Breakfast was fair and simple. Residential area near Covilha city; close enough for a bike or bus ride downtown and the city mall. It's on the main road, so I'll let that for the next section. SE orientation helps getting lots of sunlight from very early in the morning.

Somewhat noisy.

Super clean, even to the fresh smell as you walk into the hallway. Easy to find location. Accomodating staff (they allowed a last minute room cancellation when we needed one instead of two). Comfortable beds. Nice to have breakfast at the restaurant. Very adequate in every way and we would stay again if in the area.

Parking is limited and tight. Our room was above the esplanada of the café and some of the cigarette smoke smell made it into the room. Two of the three pillows were more solid than soft. None of these were problems, just observations.

Very simple renovated guest house. Clean rooms and facilities. Close to Covilhã city.

Parking is limited, even near by it is tricky to find a place. Breakfast service is very simplified, and requires an additional fee.

Poor comms between Booking.com and Guest House. Having stayed here twice before and on each previous occasion the staff were unaware of our visit. For our third visit, again booking confusion. Once sorted all was good.

Modern, bright and clean room. Spacious en suite with a large shower. The hotel car parking was very handy as the streets around the hotel were very congested.

My room was on the roadside so there was traffic noise. There was also alot of noise at night from the cafe just below and the restaurant opposite. The room did not have a hairdryer, a rarity these days.

This is a restaurant with some rooms on the other side of the road, main business is the restaurant so hotel don't have a receptionist or someone to help in case you need. Breakfast is very basic and the employee seems that is doing a favor to you. Fire alarm triggered during early morning and no staff to help or explain what happened. I ran outside and ask for help in the restaurant but the lady just reset the control center and said that maybe it was someone smoking, and that's it. It was my second time and I tried to give this second chance, but I don't plan to come back. Price is very good but you have much better options paying just a bit more.

The hotel has a good localization, fully clean room and good staff.

My room was closer entrance. It is possible to hear all the time everybody was walking and speaking.
