Great location & easy check in

Small room when we had 2 suitcases

Ante is a very kind and available host! I totally reccomend his apartment. Also position is startegic!

Rooms Patricia is centrally located, city center is within easy walk. The owner was communicating fast, gave clear instructions for (self) check in and when we indicated it was very cold in the rooms he broght heaters at late night. The rooms and the bathrooms are refurbished.

We arrived late (booked late, also, like 2 hours before arrival) and it was very cold in the rooms, the windows were open (for fresh air, I guess, because the rooms are in a very old house in the city center so otherwise they might be smelly) in the room it was like 15 degrees. It took quite a while to heat up with the air conditioner. The air conditioner in one of the 3 rooms did not have battery, luckily it worked with other rooms' controller. To enter the rooms via the staircase is frightening, old, disappointing. The bathroom is very tiny. We booked 3 apartments but we had the feeling that one old big flat was cut into small apartments.

One of the rooms has no hot water, but the price is cheap and the sound insulation is not good

the property was in center of the old city, easy to access all the main important attractions (5-10 min away)

in room (bathroom) and in property scale was a strong smell of mold and also the room was not clean enough.There was a lot of dust around like on (bedtime lamps, tv, etc).In the bathroom the WC was moving a little bit, was not fixed, he gave you the impression that he was moving with you.

Parking

Location is in the center of the city. Host was excellent, we loved it, everything is within reach. We will definitely come again 😊

Noise in hall, quite small

Great localisation in Old town, really clean and modern room, host who was willing to help and gave any advice also beed was super comfortable.

Room was too small, when I opened mine suitcase I had a problem to open outside door freely. Also fridges were too tiny to cool wine or beer in glasses in them.

Perfect Location. Very easy check in and friendly personal.

The walls are not very soundproof and cleanliness is OK with room for improvement.

Nice Location

Location is perfect, room has the basics you need, and whilst small still has enough room to put your bag down. Fridge, Aircon, water boiler, and TV all installed

The rooms were a bit noise sensitive - we could hear the neighbours at certain times.

The place is centrally located in the Old town near the Sea Organ and where you can explore the from reataurants, beaches, and historical views around it. Highly recommended to book this place. Ante thank you for your hospitality and your guidance!

Perfect location, super clean, everything in the room what we needed (even more like the fridge) Really friendly host

People passing by during the night. Their conversations sounded like they were in the middle of our room. So we needed to alto with closed windows. For a longer stay, the apartment would become super fast quite cozy for the two of us.

Very small rooms specifically the bathroom

Awesome location to visit Zadar, right in the city center. There’s a free parking 15 minutes away walking and there’s paid parking close by. The room has a small bathroom but it’s great for a short stay.

One pillow was a bit dirty. There was a weird smell in the room.

The location was perfect in the middle of the city center. Rooms are super clean and the host replies very quick on whatsapp

The toilet was not connected to the floor, so we got a small heart attack each time you sat down.

I had a very nice, comfortable room and a great bathroom. The neighborhood is really nice and calm, and even tough there was a bigger group next to my appartment there was no noise. The wifi worked well, the room was clean, everything was like on the photos. The sea is like one minute walk from the apartment, it's a safe and nice place to start wondering around the old town. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.
