Erg compacte keuken

Positiv war, dass wir trotz Buchung eines Zimmers mit Schlafcouch für die 3. Person sogar ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad für die 3. Person hatten. Kästen und Ablagen ausreichend vorhanden.

Es war nicht besonders sauber. Am Boden in der Küche klebte es noch von den Vorgängern, die Küchenarbeitsfläche klebte und im Bad waren noch Zahnpastarückstände im Waschbecken. Man hatte das Gefühl es ist nur schnell, schnell über alles drübergewischt worden, aber weit entfernt von einer gründlichen Endreinigung. Am Balkon lagen auf dem Gartentisch noch Brotreste, mit denen die Vorgänger offensichtlich Vögel gefüttert hatten. Und einer der negativsten Punkte: es gibt im Keller eine schwere Holzeingangstüre, die zwar einen automatischen Türstopper montiert hat, der aber so schlecht eingestellt ist, dass die Türe jedesmal mit einem soooo lauten Wumms zufällt, dass man um 01:00 uhr Früh, wenn andere Gäste nach Hause kommen, aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird. Und untertags ist dieses permanente laute Zufallen der Türe auch sehr nervenaufreibend und keinesfalls erholsam.

Geweldig groot luxe appartement/ penthouse met uitzicht op de Wilder Kaiser. Goede parkeerplekken en een bakker op 50 meter. Op 5 minuten rijden van de Fleckalmbahn.

De bedden (matrassen) waren aan de harde kant.

The property is nice and cozy. You can walk morning in the nature. There is a supermarket with a bakery near it, 5 minutes walk. I booked an apartment with three rooms, every room with its bathroom which makes it comfortable.

There is no iron or washing machine.

Nice apartament, big, clean and modern. Just don't understand why in such modern place there wsa no induction kitchen just simply electrical one. Nice welness area - nice saunas, hot, good looking and very comfotable fot laying rest area. Location good, you can drive in just few minuts to many different ski slopes.

There are no sauna towles. If you want to get a new towel you have to go to the reception (in hours that it works - mentioned on website) and pay 1 Euro for each towel. There is no bathrobe for wellnes. There were any cup or glass to drink water in sauna. There were a lot of English people, partying and yelling in sauna/ wellnes area. There were going in to the sauna in swimming suites. That was especially not nice when they come straight from outside whirpool. Than was a chlorine smell all over the sauna. Some of them accidentally tour on alarm in sauna. After around 15 minuts I have to go and turn it off by myself, couse there was no hotel staff.

There is no breakfast, but the bakery opposite the hotel served very nice and delicious treats. The reception is open within certain intervals, but this was in line with the ski opening and closures, therefore always available for us.

WIFI IS VERY GOOD WHEN YOU STAY ON THE -1 FLOOR. ON THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT - IS WASNT THAT GOOD. SPA AREA VEYY NICE ESPECIALLY THE WHIRPOOL OUTSIDE
