We have stayed in the Suite Junior in the Kaiser apartments - Wohnpark Graz-Gösting for four weeks during July. Our stay at the Suite Junior was excelent. The Suite was realy nice, clean and had a beautiful view on the woods and the Schlossberg hill. The bed was really comfortable. The Suite had everything for a long stay. We had a washing machine, a clothes rack for drying, so everything could be dried nicely on the balcony in the fresh air. If the weather is bad outside, it can be dried in the apartment because it has a lot of space. We had air conditioning in the living room and air conditioning in the bedroom, we didn't use it much, but it was useful during very hot days. They left us an excellent Muscat wine. We had a smart tv so we could connect to our private Netflix account and enjoy. We had a dishwasher, with lots of washing tablets that they left for us, they also left us laundry capsules. We had a coffee machine, we also got coffee capsules, tea, coffee creamer, sugar and other things. There are enough dishes for cooking and eating food. We could dispose of garbage in the designated area at the entrance to the building, and there were separate containers available for plastic, paper, organic waste, tin waste, which was great. Aslo the building complex is really quiet and beautifully decorated with lots of greenery. There is an excelent cofee and pastries shop in the complex and a big Bila where we could get all our groceries. The best thing was that there is a parking garage under the whole complex so if it rains you go to the Bila through the garage and do not need an umbrella. We parked our car in the garage which was really nice. The bus station was one minute from the building complex and you can get to the Center of Graz in max 15 min. For us it was much better to stay little bit out of the Center because it is quiet in the Suite there are no cars or loud people as in the center of Graz.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gästekontakt und toller Service bei Reklamation. Angenehme Wohnatmosphäre und sehr gute Infrastruktur. Toller Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse!

Ein Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad wäre noch toll. Ansonsten alles top!

Es hat mehr als alles übertroffen, was ich mir für mich und meine Familie als Urlaub gewünscht hätte. Es wurde vorab sehr viel erklärt (was mir etwas sorgen bereite, ob ich alles korrekt machen würde) und waren dadurch keine Fragen offen. Ich hätte es nicht gedacht. Mit der Garage, Lift, als auch mit dem Schlüsselcode System klappte alles perfekt. Die Lage, sehr zentral dennoch ruhig (bis auf den Brunnen) Das Appartement, extrem sauber, modern, hell und mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die es einen Erleichtern. Ob es Tee, Kapseln zum Kaffee, Zucker und Kleinigkeiten waren. Im Kühlschrank stand ein Sekt, was ich überdurchschnittlich nett fand. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung, perfekt und dadurch kann man, gemeinsam aber dennoch "getrennt" Urlaub machen. Der Balkon hat einen Blick auf die Berge und die anderen Fenster haben einen Baum davor. Die Betten, also solch eine Matratze bräuchte ich zuhause... ich schlief sehr gut, obwohl ich da sehr "kritisch" bei Bewertungen bin. Selbst der Matratzentopper waren sauber und selbst auf den Bildern fand man keinen Staub. Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis erlaubt (daher, selbst als Haustierbesitzer, bitte habt sie versichert, damit sollte etwas sein, der Vermieter eine Sicherung hat) (Weiters, bitte für alle anderen weiteren Besucher für Tierbesitzer, haltet es wie ihr zuhause sein würdet. Kontrolliert alles auf mögliche Schäden bevor ihr geht. Denn es ist Luxus mit seinem Tier so verreisen zu dürfen! Für mich selbstverständlich, aber es sollte für jeden Tierbesitzer so sein) .... was will ein Mensch mehr? Kaum waren wir einen Tag dort, habe ich den nächsten gebucht... es werden sicher noch sehr viele werden! Ach ja, die Lage.... eine herrliche Bäckerei befindet sich darunter, daneben ein Supermarkt. Etwas weiter vorne ein Tierarzt (!) und dann ein großer Supermarkt.

Dafür kann der Vermieter gar nichts! Nur der Brunnen im Hof hat eine hohe Lautstärke. Dieser wird jedoch zum Glück um 20 Uhr abgeschaltet. (Mit geschlossenen Fenster, hört man aber gar nichts, selbst wenn er läuft)

Es ist alles vorhanden was man für ein schönes wohnen braucht. Und das Auto ist gut aufgehoben in der Tiefgarage. Von der Garage zur Wohnung fährt ein ganz neuer Lift. In ein paar Gehminuten befindet sich die Haltestelle der Buslinie 40 die bis zum Jakominiplatz fährt. Alles wunderbar.

Mega zufrieden hat ma afoch alles was ma will🥰

Alles vorhanden, was man für einen, gerne auch längeren Aufenthalt in Graz benötigt. Unkompliziertes Check in. Schneller Kundendienst. Sofortige Hilfestellung bei "Problemchen"

Die Wohnung ist Teil eines schönen und modernen Wohnparks. Supermarkt und Busanbindung sind direkt vor Ort und auch ein Bäcker mit Café. Die Fenster zur Bahnstrecke sind gut isoliert und der Balkon auf der Innenseite sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für die Kinder war es ein toller Spaß, nach den Zügen Ausschau zu halten.

Es war alles sehr schön

Fantastic gigantic apartment which had everything we could have asked for plus a rather nice bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Entrance & underground parking with lift up to fifth floor where this apartment was situated easy. Air conditioned & views in all directions & nice outside balcony with hottub & great views. Taxi ride into Graz old town cost c 16 euros which was not an unexpected price.

Corridor leading to the apartment extremely hot and we couldn’t get down to the garage in the lift but neither was a problem for us.
