Very roomy for 4 adults. Cute and cozy place. Close to ski resorts. Clean and upscale neighborhood with great views of the city. Very close to freeway access.

Bathroom is located inside the bedroom; not very private and unable to lock the bedroom door in case someon needs to use the bathroom at night.

This is a very comfortable walkout basement accommodation. The location is very nice and convenient. The facilities were very nice. Everything we needed was provided for. The hot tub was an added bonus.

There is one bedroom that has a connected bathroom. The other two beds are in the main area with the kitchen and living space. This arrangement made it slightly inconvenient, but not a huge deal. Just something to consider depending on who you are traveling with.

The accomidations were top notch! My family had an excellent stay. Nicole was very communicative, prompt, and helpful. We loved our stay and would stay again if we are ever back in Salt Lake.

Super cute place in a great location with an amazing view from the hot tub. Our host, Nicole, was very attentive and quick to respond. I would stay again!

Would have preferred if the only bathroom wasn't off of master bedroom. The only place to watch TV is from the bed.

We came for the skiing, so the property was very nicely located to Brighton, Solitude, Alta/Snowbird. Very clean property with king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full beds off the living room area. Nice living room and kitchen. Owner lives above the unit and was always and quickly responsive to questions. I only wish I could have rented the unit for the whole week but it was only available for 4 nights.

Parking was on the road to the side of the property and on an incline, so when we were dumped on by a ton of snow, it took about 2 hours to dig out, but that was more the fault of Mother Nature.
