The hotel was super cute & clean! It is a great location! Loved watching the morning sunrise on the dock and using the nice pool! The beach was only a block away. Great location too. Staff was very nice! Highly recommend… we are going to tell our friends about it.

The hotel is ideally located on the water (bay) with only a short walk to the beach. The pool is awesome. The grounds are beautiful. The owner was helpful with area suggestions and was readily responsive by text. What a nice guy!

There’s not much to dislike about the hotel and property. If I had to choose, the shower was a little small for my tall husband but it was fine for me. Also, a dish drainer would help.

If you want relaxing and peaceful, this is your place!

WHAT A WONDERFUL PROPERTY! From the folks that were staying there to having chats with the owner and his sidekick. This place had a dock of which was convenient for our charter fishing to literally pick us up. two blocks from the ocean, very quiet- didn’t hear the other guests beside us nor the folks at the pool which was right out our door. the kitchette had all the basic necessities, towels were thick (even had makeup washcloths for us folks who wears makeup). courtesy chairs to use if you forgot yours. The fishing at the dock was AWESOME! caught a variety of fish, saw dolphins, and even a manatee!!! looking for something peaceful- THIS IS THAT PLACE!! Thank you again Craig!!

Only thing we suggest- little bit more lighting for the dock for us fishing. 😊

Room decor was very modern and pleasant. Excellent appliances. Comfortable bed. Great salt water pool. Water was in perfect condition. Location on the intercoastal was lovely and peaceful. Very nice patio. I also like the fact that there was a code for room access.No keys to lose.

Loungers by the pool were extremely uncomfortable. Needs pads very badly. Parking was hit or miss. Bathroom in unit 12 is very small. Shower gel over bar soap is preferable.

Quiet location, but still walking distance to a few lively eats/drinks. Management was friendly and provided good recommendations. Bed was comfy, place was clean and well equipped. We stayed in Rm 7 overlooking the patio and canal. Saw dolphins while we ate breakfast/had our coffee. Would definitely come back, a gem find.

This hotel was affordable and adorable. I was in St. Pete with my high school daughter to tour a college and she was in love with the beach decor and retro fridge. We generally stay in national chain hotels so staying here was a risk for us but it paid off. The studio was a perfect size for the two of us (we don't mind sharing a king bed). Parking was easy, the complimentary beach chairs were a nice touch, and we loved that we could walk to Sunset Beach, which we liked more than St. Pete Beach. If we return to the area, we will stay at The Roth Hotel again.

I was there for 3 mornings, with only coffee for one pot. I would have loved to have had a pod for all 3 mornings.
