Very well maintained and staff were quite good. Very clean and would recommend for future stays.

Free parking. Place was well staffed. Felt safe. Rooms were clean and gave us a pack and play for infant. Would stay again

Nice hotel and in a great area!

Loving this hotel and the reason I scored a 3 and a 4 on some of the question is because the elevator that seemed to have been out of order for over a month... I was told by a staff member that it had been down for about a week, a guest that stayed there for longer than a month said differently. And the working elevator is WAAAYYY too slow!!! I mean... we can clone people, apparently, why can't we invest in an elevator that goes up and down a little faster? That was very annoying, especially when your Uber is waiting outside and you only have 30 seconds left to Uber's wait time... Other than that I loved every minute of my stay and I WILL be back... by then the elevator issues will have been resolved, lol!

Excellent staff, and good property grounds. The problem was with the air conditioner making a constant noise and worst thing to happen while sleeping is smoke alarm blaring “low battery” warning at midnight. It took until 1:30 am to get things sorted out (although front desk person Ottis was amazing to help us. By the time it got fixed, our sleep was completely disrupted and got us super tired in the morning to drive 3 hours back home.

The property is surrounded by food and shopping options within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly.

Parking was easy compared to other hotels in the area. Hallways and neighbors were quiet. Food offered was great.

Decent hotel for a good price.

My experience at this property was a disaster. The check-in process was very quick. Once I checked in, I walked to the elevators and noticed one of the elevators was not working. Literally waited about five minutes for the elevator to finally come down to the first floor. Once I got to the room, I wanted to sit down after a long drive. As I pull the seat out from the dining table, I noticed an order coming from the seat. Once I looked I noticed there were a lot of stains on this seat, so I pulled out all other three chairs and noticed the same thing on the chairs. All the seats were extremely stained and filthy. I took photos to share online. Then I go to the bathroom to shower, and I noticed three spots of blood near the toilet wall. I was pretty disgusted. I then wiped everything down with Clorox wipes. Once I get ready to go to dinner, I approached the elevators from the seventh floor. Now, both elevators weren’t working. I had a walk downstairs and back upstairs seven flights of stairs. Eventually, the elevator started working again. But before that, it was very loud in the hallway since my room was in front of the Door to the stairs. People were slamming the door open and closed, which was very irritating. I definitely expected a better experience being that I paid a lot of money for this room and they were sold out. This property would never see me again.

The property was in a very nice area. Everything was very convenient and close to each other. Would love to stay in this area again

Breakfast was excellent. The lady greeting clients was extremely friendly and helpful. I left my Ozempic needle in the fridge and the cleaning staff saved it and even put it in the cold bag.

I always stay at a Home 2 Suites when I travel because they are a nice hotel, with plenty of room, for an affordable price. But this was the first time I was ever disappointed with my stay. There was several problems with my room. The room was dated, there was tile pulling away from the wall in the bathroom, no trash can in the bathroom, no soap by the bathroom sink, the only soap was in the shower. And also, the hallways smelled like wet carpet … Overall my experience was not that pleasant and I will probably not come back to this location …

Our stay was great! The hotel had all the things, and little things to make it an great stay. It does need to more clear and upfront that cash is not excepted for check in, at the hotel, or even at the nearby businesses!

The room was nice had a fridge and a freezer and microwave. Wish the beds weren’t as soft as they were but over all all was good. Breakfast is a nice variety too. Egg sandwiches a good change from just waffles

Lovely suite. Clean and neat

I stayed here before and it was a great place until my most recent stay last week. My daughter found a stain on the couch bed. I reported to two front desk workers. They said we could send someone up to clean it. Then i asked Otis would you sleep on it? He hesitated to respond. I said exactly. Why would you expect my daughter to sleep on. I requested another. He told me to report to front desk and see if other rooms will be available. The next day i requested another room but they told they could send up maintenance to clean but didn't provide the option for another room. Will not stay here again. Im a Hilton Honors member and was very disappointed.
