It a a good hotel. With vast center place at the reception. Il was clean. Bathroom and bath little old

Front desk service could have been more pleasant for the person in front of me and also when it was my turn. The ladies weren’t very sympathetic to the man who was having issues with his hotel key. They eventually made him two new keys as well as gave him the original one back. When it was my turn, the one lady kept talking to the other lady after saying she could help me, making me wait until she was done instructing her coworker on something job related. She could have said excuse me for a minute or taken me and then told the coworker what to do after she was done with me. Just a little unprofessional. Neither seemed to care about service or pleasantries. The rest of the stay was great. We only needed a place to sleep after an event at MetLife that lasted till midnight. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant when we came in after midnight and I asked about checkout time. The room was clean, cozy, near the elevator and the right temperature. Would stay there again if we go to anothee MetLife event.

It has been over a week and I have not gotten my deposit back from the hotel. The front desk person was very rude and hassling, giving me a hard time. I specifically said I wanted to pay a certain way and he just ran it through my card, and now as I stated before I still haven’t got my security deposit back after a whole week. Hotel was great, staff was terrible.

The room was nice, but there was a leak in the shower that spilled into the main floor of the bathroom. The bed mattress and pillows were incredibly soft from over use. May be time for an upgrade to newer ones.

The property appeared better than it actually was. Great curb appeal, delicious breakfast, staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking. The rooms had poor ventilation and housekeeping was not meticulous at all.
Our washcloths had stains/built up lint, there was a dead bug stuck to the ironing board and there was trash left behind after housekeeping “cleaned.” Would not stay here again.

Overall it was good i just didnt like the aspect of always having to go back downstairs to the front to reactivate my room card. Especially when im staying more than 3 nights. I understand its for security purposes. But when youve got to use the restroom and your thinking "im on my way back to my room ill make it" then its not open then they have to call a security personnel to open it then it gets frustrating. But its still a good hotel to stay at!!! I had a great experience 😁😁

The hotel was not very clean. You can tell by the carpet. The ceiling in the room was peeling off in two different areas. The doors were missing locks and have duck tape on them. The breakfast area is nice and clean and breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. The rooms area need a bit more keep up and cleanliness.

Property was nice , clean and easy to get to.. well maintained, hospitality, staff bob, milly, lou,were great and gemeral manager jennifer were great.
Only thing that i disliked , was I parked in front and a bigger SUV parked next to me and when he opened his door it hit my drivers side door and scratch it. It was a another guest...

I loved the restaurant on site and the courteous staff. However the security doors to the 2nd floor had broken locks. However I was safe there and had no problems.

It was a very long walk to the room from the elevator, down a hall of 38 rooms and over to another side of 2 rooms and up 7 rooms. The only other choice was to go up stairs a flight. With bags, crazy. Many areas of the ceiling are obviously patched. Garbage trucks picked up 7 am, very noisily.

The staff was welcoming. The free breakfast was very good. The room was clean a quiet. And the location for travel to the American Dream Mall and Medieval Times Dinner/Tournament was excellent.

Lou was great at check-in during busy rush w large groups (and me). Lobby is nice and spacious for crowds…after 11p it was really quiet somehow even though it was full house and were close to major roads.

I didn’t actually end up staying at this hotel.
Long story short, my flight got cancelled and I couldn’t make it.
I booked this place through Expedia. Expedia would only give me a refund if the hotel gave them a refund. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I got it! I think it’s because I was constantly calling the hotel letting them know of my flight delays, etc.
My plans to New York were ruined! Getting this refund made me feel better. Thank you!
