At check in we discovered the rooms were multi level (2 bedroom suite townhouse) and we were not expecting that. They quickly changed our rooms to 3rd floor but all interior rooms were on the same level. That was nice. However, there was lots of street noise as we were right off the highway. Made for difficult sleeping.

It was a fabulous place to stay! The staff was friendly, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our needs, and the property was beautiful! We had lovely views and even saw a deer one of the mornings. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

We did not have working A/C are second night. We tried to call and everyone was already gone.

This property is in a beautiful setting, and offers many diverse activities. However, things in the room that should have worked did not, And some of the offerings were dated and inconvenient. To play the arcade games Required a complicated process of getting a "game card." Also, guests need to be aware that there's only basic cable in the rooms. Any movie selection you want – but you have to sit through commercials. In this day and age, that's just not fun. When we decided to use the DVD player and see our own movie, we discovered on the last night it wasn't working. A call to the desk to ask someone to bring us A replacement DVD player resulted in the 45 minute delay as they " put in a ticket." By then, it was too late to relax and watch the movie we wanted to watch on our last night of vacation. These seem like minor glitches, but for a property that wants to be a full service resort property, they were distinct dissatisfiers. The staff was pleasant enough, but some of those resort features need a definite upgrade.

The unit we stayed in was across the street and all newly renovated also making it walking distance to the restaurant & bar or liquor store. You can cross the street and it’s was next to the main grocery store which has live music on the weekends. However !!!! They need blinds on windows as the street lights keep the bedroom all lite up and the padding above you isn’t insulated very well, The people above us had small kids, and it was very noisy We could hear everywhere they were going. Also, Some of the stuff at this place is seasonal and could be closed when you arrive

I spent a little more for a villa to get a jacuzzi tub in my room like pictured. Apparently they were getting rid of jacuzzis so my room had none and my kids were already unpacked and I didn't want to move rooms. Also, I asked for lake view. Not the sites fault, but there's barely any lake to view. Of the 5 pools they said they had for each group of villas, the one by our area was not open. The next closest was a drive down the street to the main office area. When asking for credit for not having a jacuzzi, they asked if I called ahead to confirm.. I did not. I expected it was as advertised, so no credit. I even extended my stay and all they did was offer to movey room, which again, I did not want to repack to unpack. Nice big rooms and space, washer and dryer, kitchenette, nice big table and balcony. The layout was nice overall, but some of the doors were odd. Some didn't open, one doorway had 2 doors, not French (one to lock from inside the other to lock from the outside)? Doors to the bathroom were weird. One you would get hit from the side of u sat on the toilet and your spouse came in.. the other bathroom you could get your head or toes smashed cuz the bathroom doors are right at the toilets.
