Nice Hotel snd straff. Clean and really Nice rooms.

Very nice hotel. Stayed for two nights. The staff at the reception was beyond amazing. So nice people, and very helpful.

Our room was a bit penalized because on the 4th floor it had a partly sloping ceiling and small windows. However, the hotel is very tastefully decorated and the level of cleanliness and attention to detail is excellent. The reception staff were very kind. The breakfast is very good although it could be improved. Overall the hotel is certainly highly recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant. Special thanks to Pawel at the reception. Room was very clean. Nice shower. Very conviniet location walkable to transportations and old town attractions. Definitely would stay again.

Elevator broke

I stayed for one night with my son and it was lovely. The girl at the reception (I think her name was Nikola) was super-helpful and nice both at check-in and when we left. The room was spacious and very modern, yet cosy. Breakfast was great and the restaurant under the hotel also. We came by train so location was 10/10 as well and the entire old town in walking distance.

This is a beautiful hotel located in Central Gdańsk adjacent to the railway station. It is apparent that significant investment has taken place to decorate this property to the highest standards. Excellent rooms, super beds, outstanding food and bar area. Really helpful staff. Only issue was the air conditioning which could only be compared to an asthmatic sparrow. Reported the issue, but there was no improvement. Had to keep the windows open at night and listen to late night and early morning trains passing through the station. Poor sleep and air con really spoiled our stay. Maybe ok in winter time, but took the shine off what could have been a wonderful stay in a classy hotel.

Amazing hotel, 3rd time we stay here. It doesn’t disappoint

The hotel is in a convenient location; next to the train station. This was wonderful since we traveled from Krakow. The room was clean, updated and very reasonably priced. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were very pleased with our meal. The beer was tasty, too! Breakfast was great, with too many options to taste in one sitting. We really enjoyed our two-day stay and would definitely return for a longer visit.

The hotel is perfectly located and has a great vibe. The staff is excellent with Matthew providing excellent service. I loved the outdoor space and to be able to sit in the sun and drink a beer! The only issue was one of our rooms did. It have AC for the entire stay. There was some electrical issue. There was no engineer on site for the weekend and they were full, so no way to move us. This was not ideal, but the onsite staff tried to help.

Good location next to Railway station. Reception service was very friendly and helpful when we checked in - and Mateusz was interesting and engaging company when we sat in reception with a beer (after we got back too late for the bar - which closes at 10pm on Sundays). The only negative was the radiators in the bedroom which were on at night and we couldn't turn them off. We should have raised this after our first night, but at first thought it was just the fact that it was very warm weather and the air con wasn't coping..

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Had 1 night here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean and very comfortable hotel with great staff. The room I had was very luxurious and was very happy that I chose to stay here. 2 minutes from Gdańsk central station and on the bus route from Gdansk airport. Wonderful place to visit.

Fantastic location, great food and beer. Very noisy road especially at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean and very luxurious rooms.

What a beautiful hotel, big, spacious, clean and very grand. So impressed. Staff were amazing and so helpful. What a lovely place to have as our base to explore the city. Right next to the train and bus station. Walking distance to the old town and for exploring. Would definitely return.

Good location. Nice service. But room was not much quiet. There was a lot of noise from street, especially busses (there are multiple bus stops nearby). Moreover during our stay restaurant and pub were closed due to IT problems. We were significantly disappointed as we could not try the local beer :-(

Checked-in in the early hours of the morning due to delayed flights and the staff were very helpful and allowed us a later check out. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and room very comfortable. Just wish we could have arrived earlier to enjoy the hotel more.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Such a pleasure to stay somewhere with character, rather than a bland chain. The restaurant serves excellent food - I’ve had many pierogi in my time, but their venison pierogi with a mushroom sauce were on another level. And as you would expect from a venue with its own brewery, the beer is delicious. The hotel is very well located, within a comfortable stroll to most tourist attractions and restaurants, and next to the railway station. On top of all this, what made our stay extra special was the service. Mateusz on reception went out of his way to help us get the most out of our stay.
