We were given an extremely expensive option to travel to Bratislava ( 425 Euros). We could have done it for 263 for almost the same service.
The room we stayed had a fan but no AC. It had a bath but no shower. Most taxis will drop you at the edge of the town and you will walk for 7-10 min.
Otherwise we have no complaints about the place, the personnel or the food.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It had old world charm. Easily walkable to the Center, the Castle and restaurants. Excellent service.

Very good location, good breakfast. The room is clean, floor fan provides more or less adequate conditions. Room does not have any tables or desks. You need to keep everything in your suitcase. Hotel is locked for the night from 7pm, and front desk is manned only till 8pm. If you arrive later, good luck. Though they have a lift, you still need to negotiate multiple stairs.

The hotel is in a 16th century 4 story building, incredibly charming inside, made to preserve the medieval look but with all of the modern amenities. We stayed on the third floor in room 302. The room had exposed roof beams throughout, including the bathroom. The two things we didn’t like were the roof beams right above the bathtub/shower. Not very comfortable to shower especially for a taller person. Guessing floors 1 and 2 don’t have that issue. Secondly there was no shower glass partition or curtain so in that specific room the water would spray onto the floor outside the tub. There’s a drain next to the wall probably to compensate for it but no slant in the floor towards the drain. Breakfast was pretty decent with quite a few options.

This is a beautiful hotel. But one should be aware that it is a hike to get your luggage from the closest parking lot to the room. You have to drag your luggage about a quarter of a mile over cobblestone streets and once you get to the hotel we had to work our way through a maze of steps to get to our room.

Far to small rooms and an uncomfortable bed. You hit knees and feed on bed decoration constantly (room 105). No air conditioning. Beautiful hotel though and mediocre breakfas t- bacon was almost raw. Bacon should be crisp. Bery kind staff and perfect location. You must shower in an extremely slippery bathtub.

I made a mistake when booking this hotel and got the date wrong. While I lost my fee as a no show, when I showed up the day I was supposed to be there, Veronika was very helpful, made us a very nice rate on a very nice room, and made it all lovely.
Parking is in the upper parking lot by the castle. It is a 5 minute mostly flat walk over cobbles. Ask the front desk to get you a 24 hour parking voucher to cut the parking cost.

Central hotel in the Old Town with easy walking access to rest of town . Room was small but bed was large . Only downside i could comment on was that there was no in room fridge , but maybe difficult to find space to put one , but all in all a very pleasant stay at a good hotel at a competitive price .

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The ceiling was too low towards the left side of the bed and easy to have an accident when standing up.

The hotel is old world beautiful. Location is perfect for Cesky. Krumlov.
Gave facilities 3 stars because hot-tub/sauna was listed as an amenity, but they charge nearly $50 US per hour to use it! Also small deal, but no hot water or coffee service in room for morning or evening.

This hotel exceeded our wildest expectations of genuine hospitality, fantastic decor of old and amenities of new. The bathrooms were very contemporary while the furniture was carved wood of yore. Cesky Krumlov is a very special place and it was not far to walk from parking area under Great Wall of stone, over a bridge and into the village. We loved our time there and wish we had another day...

Very small rooms with very few electrical points.
Bathrooms don't have showers, only bathtubs. Our request to change to a room with showers was ignored (they said they will get back to us but never did).
Bathrooms have no hooks or areas to store things, so everything had to be kept on the floors.
Bathtubs have an unnecessary dip in them which causes you to slip when getting out.
Bathroom began stinking badly one day (because of the rain according to the staff), it took them 2 days to get rid of the smell and in the end it was only covered up by a LOT of bleach.

This is a beautiful old building turned to a nice modern hotel. The room was gorgeous, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful. We specially had a very good experience with the gentleman at the front desk, Mr. Mazreaty. He was super helpful and very friendly.

In Expedia is displaying 8 euros parking, but in the site they charge you 280czk ( 11 euros), still wondering why.
Parking is not in the hotel, and the parking process is quite inconvenient.
Room was smaller than i expected.

Upon checking in, learned that not all rooms have air conditioning. Fortunately we received an upgrade to an AC room. No mini fridge. No drinking water available for sale in the hotel. Parking situation is cumbersome. Staff not especially helpful or pleasant. Location is good. Room was relatively comfortable.

This hotel is easily in the top 2 or 3 of the places I've ever stayed in. The charm of this property matches the charm of Český Krumlov. I highly recommend spending a few extra funds and book a suite (e.g. Edward Kelly suite) and reward yourself with 2 - 3 nights. I stayed 2 nights but wished I stayed 3. Cesky Krumlov is like a smaller cuter Salzburg and definitely worth a visit. Summer season is said to be quite busy and I'm glad I visited in the off season.

Honestly I was amazed when I entered my room. It was a room for one and the decorations were so elegant and beautiful. Everything was neat and tidy. Almost impeccable.
I would highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed for sure.
