Our family of 4 stayed in Key Colony Beach from December 24-December 30 (we checked out a day early). When we arrived to the home, it was late in the evening, so we were eager to get to sleep. The following day was Christmas and we decided to make a meal, since alot of places were closed. Once our meal was ready, we started to remove plates and other serving dishes from the cupboards to use and noticed that the previous tenant or the person who cleaned the house put dishes away dirty. Many of the plates appeared to have been rinsed, but still had food or discoloration on them. We initially did not notice, but as we started to pull out additional plates, etc, we realized that many of them were not clean. We ended up having to remove all of the plates, bowls, and silverware from the cupboards and drawers and ran them through the dishwasher. Unfortunately, days later my husband ended up with a bacterial infection in his throat and was told by the urgent care physician he must have ate somewhere that the silverware, cup, etc wasn't clean. Thus, we ended up having to leave a day earlier than intended, since he was getting progressively worse. Also, another thing to note is that they do not provide cable or local TV, so you will need to sign up for You Tube, Netflix, or another streaming App if you want to utilize the smart TV. Otherwise, the house was as described and is in a nice neighborhood. We did use the cabana club 2 days and that really was an awesome experience.

We had everything we needed

Erin was very easy to communicate with right from the beginning. Quick response time, every time and went out of her way to help us. Easy check in/check out process. The place was absolutely beautiful. Hooked a Tarpon in the canal, fishing was great, cleaning station and dock was a great plus and the Tiki Hut really made the stay nice with the fan, lights and electricity. Grilled out every other night. Everything was furnished, even a separate freezer for fish, bait, etc. Very near great fishing fleets and good places to eat. Will definitely be back. Very Clean. Stay was nice, but wifi and cable TV login was not readily available, the TV was stream only so no CNN or ABC news. Other than that it was very nice.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Plenty of space for us. We found ourselves out back under the tiki hut more than anywhere else. It really felt like home.

This was our first time staying in a duplex in the keys. Very spacious rental with large master bedroom. You can tell the house has been recently renovated. New doors, windows, lights fixtures, cabinets and appliances. The tiki hut with a ceiling fan was great for all times of the day. The new pavers up front and around back made it easier on your feet rather than having to walk on gravel like most house have. Dock was nice with new decking and bumper strips on the pilings.Looking forward to next year.

From seeing the manatee in the canal on the first night to the Cabana Club….. it was all just perfect.

House was perfect and easy access to the ocean via boat made the vacation excellent. would highly recommend.

We loved it here. We only had a few hiccups but the weee addressed immediately. The only is I had was with the pool (clubhouse). The woman was extremely rude at the gate. We talked to others that we’re staying there & they had the same issue.

Great place to stay and to bring your boat to. House has all one needs for the family and the boat, even a smaller freezer that fits four 16 lbs bags of ice with room for bait & chum blocks.

We had a great week at this house in KCB. The house was clean and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was wonderful! Perfect for a family looking for a relaxing visit to The Keys. Dock was excellent, clear explanation for trash/recycling pickup, nicely appointed home. Noted there was some smudges and rubber marks on some of the walls, and dropped hairs in sink at check in, but everything else was clean and orderly. Can’t wait to come back!

We had alot of fun and family time. Good times on the water and lots of great food and drinks. Lifelong memories

House was very clean and organized. We had a small hiccup that we thought there was a baby gate, but the owner had recently renovated the property and was very courteous regarding options to help protect my 2yo from getting through the sliding doors. Overall great stay and very recommended.

Extremely easy booking along with fabulous communication with the property manager. Quick response when we had any questions/concerns. Accommodations were exactly as described.

Perfect vacation spot for our family of 5 including 3 kids 10 and under. Everyone had a great time. Only a few minor issues that did not affect our enjoyment of the week. A boat is a must have! We rented one for the week and it was fabulous. Would recommend to others.

We stayed two weeks, one of the nicer places we have stayed at, and we have been vacationing in KCB for over 30 years.

What a great place to stay!! It was pet friendly with all tiled floors, fully stocked kitchen, clean, comfy beds, centrally located, easy booking. Can’t say enough good things about this well apportioned rental. We would certain come back again!

This house had everything we needed. Great location. The pictures were not updated, so it was a nice surprise to see all the improvements. We left early on our departure date (7:00 AM) to beat the traffic out heading home. We didn't contact the owner to let her know since she text the night before to remind us to be out by 10:00 AM . No problem. We were aware of that . She was not very happy with us for not calling her to tell her we left early.. Sorry we missed a beat. I left the house in excellent condition. And even washed all the sheets.. We very much appreciate all the vacation homes we stay in and have the upmost respect for the owners and the property. We try to do a really good job when we are leaving. Hopefully that is appreciated as well. Thank You,

The check-in was very simple. When we first open the door we were very amazed of how clean and inviting the house was.It was perfect ! We tell our friends who want to go to Keys to stay there . We will be back to stay !

We really enjoyed this property. Spent most meals at the house outside at the tiki table. Comfortable couches and good size bathrooms. Nice and quiet neighborhood, and we got to see stingrays and manatees in the canal every day. 5/5 would stay again.

This was a great stay for our family. The condo is a good size for our family of four. We loved having the back yard and the palapa, it made it easy to spend a lot of time outside. We even saw manatees in the canal!!! KCB is a great island, we enjoyed the parks and the Cabana Club. Close to groceries, restaurants and shops, but still quiet. We would love to rent this home again!

The property was very clean and neat, our host was very helpful with anything we needed. Everything was great after getting some propane for the gas grill. Would come back again.

We were to spend Christmas 2020 in Belize until Covid 19 wrecked those plans- was able to book this property in early Oct as an alternative. Property Manager was wonderful to work with and the.property exactly as described and better than expected! Dock was perfect for easy access to either the Gulf or Atlantic and the tiki hut overlooking the canal was an added bonus. Plenty of parking (we had a boat trailer, two crew cab pick ups and a car and there was space left over) on site along with comfortable furnishings. Literally, the only thing we needed that wasn’t there (other than food and beverages lol) was some type of drying rack for towels swim suits etc.
