We have been coming to Port A for decades. The last four years we stayed in Ocean Village and 3 of those times at At Last. The reason being for the space for 10 adults and also the private pool. This year was ok. Once again the entry code did not work so had to call Silversands and wait on hold till we got someone to help (Bella I believe and she was friendly and helpful). The space was very clean and welcoming as usual. Please know when you come that there is NOT much provided in terms of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pod. I always have to bring extra of all this. This time there was one trash bag for the kitchen trash-and it tore as soon as we had stuff in it. It would be nice for the management company to tell you that you need to bring extra of all that. I have to bring my own kitchen towels and rags and hand mitts for the oven-learned this in the first trip. The rooms were all lovely as always and nice set up in open area kitchen and family room. The ice machine was working this time. The pool was clean and sparkly. The ping pong table has always been meh-Doesn't sit level between the two halves. Golf cart was ready to go upon arrival but key wasn't where we were told (in lock box on cart). Finally found it hanging on key rack in the house. The kitchen has pretty much what we need but of course we do bring some of our own things for grilling and crab boil. There are plenty of chairs for lounging but not as many for laying out-used to be more if memory serves. We all love the beds-we sleep well. Overall it's a nice place. We have outgrown it now as last of 4 will be married and need a 5 bedroom place. Make sure you come equipped and you will enjoy it more.

The house was perfect! Our family made some wonderful memories both in the Condo and at the beach. We could not have asked for better accommodations. Would recommend to anyone.

We celebrated my 4 year old birthday with family & friends. This house had everything we needed to have a fun & relaxing trip.

Great property. REally loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this property the house was the perfect size for the two families that attended. Location to the beach was convenient and the heated pool made it all worth it since the weather was chilly. Will def stay again

We loved staying at the At Last property! We had a group of 6 - 3 Highschool Seniors plus their moms doing a senior spring break trip. The house was PERFECT. Great location, beautiful private pool, awesome space to hang out inside and out. It was also great to have the 6-person golf cart to get around. The house is spacious and perfectly appointed - all the amenities you need and nice extra touches I haven't seen at other rentals - cards, games, throw blankets, etc. I expect to go back and highly recommend. This house is amazing. We had 11 middle-aged men stay very comfortably. Great layout and amenities. We stayed in the fall of 2021 and the heated pool was wonderful on those cool nights. Having the combination of the amenities on the patio (pool, table and chairs, TV, "ring game", gas fire pit, ping pong, smoker and grill) makes for a fun time for everyone. Having the 1/2 bathroom downstairs is key if you are spending a lot of time down there like we did. This is going to be our "Go-To" spot for Port A from now on. Everyone enjoyed it. I think a commercial icemaker downstairs for filling coolers for the beach would be an outstanding addition. It is time to replace the patio furniture around the downstairs TV. We even caught some fish in the adjacent catch and release pond. WOW!

We loved the house!! We had a group of girls and it was perfect for our trip. The house had everything we needed from cozy blankets to lounge on the couch to a fire pit outside. The only problem was there was not enough towels for the amount of people and you'd have to reuse the towels. Also toilet paper and paper towels both ran out so just be prepared. Will definitely book this house again!!

The main dining/living/kitchen area of the home is very open and allows everyone to hang out together. The bedrooms are good sized and there are lots of sleeping areas for a 2k sqft home. The outdoor amenities are great and the included golf cart is a very nice addition. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future.

Our group was three people short, my daughter's family, so that left just six, four adults and two small children. We have stayed in other house over the years and this one is by far the best yet. It had a ton of room and everything a family staying on vacation could ask for. Plenty of outside space. The pond was a great after beach attraction and the kids had a blast fishing for Blue Gill, even caught a 3lbs bass. Basketball hoops, fire pit for smores. I could could go on and on. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Along with having a pool and all the fun toys... This is the 1st place we look for availability. You will love how Open and well designed the floor plan is. The private pool is large and heated with a shallow area for relaxing. The outdoor area feels private while also enjoying views of the pond and community. The house was beautifully decorated and has a large living room - kitchen area. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need! The outdoor area downstairs is super fun for families — ping pong, scooters, bikes, bean bag toss, tv, table/chairs, basketball hoop, etc. We have visited Port A many times and this place is by far our favorite! Thank you for an incredible stay!!

The house was amazing for the 11 people that we had. Enough room for everyone and has a very homey feel. The private pool, ping pong table, and television was great entertainment for everyone. Plus it was great to have a golf cart to take to the beach. We will definitely be back!

One of the best paces I have stayed in Port A! Amazing location and best set up in town. The cart made it east to get to the beach and the kids loved winding down in the pool after a day in the salt water. Overall amazing stay!!!

This house was AMAZING! We had a family group of 8 adults and never once felt like we were on top of each other. The home is so wide open and full of entertaining areas. The rooms are generous and the beds are comfortable and amenities are endless. Even though the homes are close together, we never heard a peep from the neighbors unless we went outside. Every detail has been thought of in this beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

The photos don't do it justice, so much it's is so much better in person. The house is large, there is ample seating and beds. A very comfortable home it will make you want to visit every year.
