Loved layout of house for our family! Separate apartment downstairs and lots of rooms spread out with restrooms for all adults to have their own private space! Location great for renting golf carts to go everywhere! Nice pool to cool off in! Property managers were awesome, easy to get a hold of and resolved any issue immediately! AC very cold throughout the house!!! House very clean! Only negatives were millions of mosquitoes, road construction right beside house but it looks like they are almost done and the two third floor bedrooms need their own tv because sound carries from open loft to main living room when using both tv’s at same time! Loved this house!

Great large home with lots of amenities.

We experienced a comfortable and relaxing weekend. It felt like home near the beach. Conveniently located for quick runs for extra necessities. The fifth bed bath separated apmt was different but we made it work. We felt safe with the pool location and the kids loved it. The management was exceptionally easy to talk with and made it a great experience. Until next year.

This house is beautiful and spacious. Our family had a great time and experience here. Overall great experience and comfort.

We took a risk staying at this property because the home had no reviews and the property was fairly new. This home has lots of potential it is very spacious but it needs a little bit more attention. The bathrooms appeared to be clean but the tub had a “dirty ring” and the toilets kept running unless you jungled the handle. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and appliances but we had to throughly wash each item because they were very dirty in the cabinets. Also in the “what to bring” section it notes 2 toilet paper rolls per restroom which was good but did not mention only supplying 2 trash bags for our entire stay. There was 13 individuals that stayed 4 nights. 2 trash bags were not enough at all so we had to request additional trash bags. Additionally we had no where to put the trash from our house when the bags were full because the trashcan outside was completely full with loose trash. We informarse the maintenance guy and he took 1 bag out which was not enough. Also The living room floor was covered in pet hair. As I was looking at the listing I saw pets were allowed but at an additional charge per night so I thought they took extra time and care to clean the pet hair out of the home. Also the pool is not heated. It doesn’t state it is but in the spring months a heated pool is needed. Like I said in the beginning this is a great property but it has a lot of potential that has not been met.
