Bathroom smells, house and hallway not in a good state

This property is ideally situated for the centre of Vernon; shops, bars, cafes etc and also for visiting the gardens at Giverny. It had two lovely bedrooms and a compact living/ dining room. Beds were quite comfortable and there were good facilities in the apartment. It had a great coffee machine. I loved listening to the church bells.

We didn't particularly like the high dining table and chairs - a small complaint. Also there was a bit of drain smell in the bathroom. Overall happy with this apartment. Up two narrow flights of stairs.

very modern and new interior. the bed is good and kitchen is enough for a few days stay.

the bath room is super small, especially for me now (8months pregnant) it was kind of dangerous to go in and out of the slippery shower and almost no space to move. same for the toilet that is in the same space. on top of that the shower was broken, you have to hold it yourself the whole time showering so impossible to use soap and wash yourself if you have to hold the shower ;( There is no warm water after around 7PM. probably bc it’s shared with the whole building? it’s was pretty annoying to have a cold shower everyday after coming back from long trips. The neighbors have a young child (don’t know if that’s always, but it was during our whole stay) that is crying a lot in the evening and night. you can hear that very well in the apartment. I would say the location is great for visiting Paris but the building is not convenient for older people (the stairs) or when you’re very tired etc.

Excellent location in the town. nice clean and modern apartment with all necessary equipment. decent size.
