Clean, updated & well stocked. Had all the necessities & lots of entertainment.

My family rented "The Cozy Crown" so we could all stay together for my fathers funeral. There were 6 adults & 2 kids under 10. The yard was perfect for the kids to play (& even the adults too!) The gameroom is a real highlight of this house. We made some lasting memories the night before the funeral that we would not otherwise have had. My 74 year old mother played air hockey for the first time, something that won't soon be forgotten! While this is an older house, the host has done a wonderful job with the updates while embracing it's charm. The kitchen is roomy & well-stocked. The dining area is huge & comfortable. We especially enjoyed the porch off the dining area, even though it was a bit chilly for mid April. The couch in the living room is a total win as well. We didn't utilize the fireplace, but it would be welcome in the winter months. The only hiccup we had was running out of propane for the grill. I messaged the owner & she responded promptly. (There was supposed to be an additional bottle but it was missing.) She was going to have her maintenance guy bring one over within the hour. We had already pivoted on dinner, but I was impressed at the speed with which the issue would be resolved. We loved "The Cozy Crown" & would definitely stay again. The kids didn't want to leave. It made a difficult trip so much easier & was truly our home for the time we spent there.

The layout is perfect for friends and family to gather and have fun. From the games in the basement to the spacious room throughout the house, it’s definitely a place I’d consider coming back to!

This house is amazing! We stayed during Christmas and I had reached out to Crystal about there being a Christmas tree. She not only put a very pretty tree up, but she also decorated the house inside and outside! The house was very spacious and the layout was well thought out to accommodate large groups such as us. The game area downstairs was wonderful! It was nice being able to chill upstairs or downstairs of the house. The kitchen accommodated our family with ease. It was spacious and the table was big enough for us to sit down and enjoy our meals together.

Five members of our family had a great stay at the Cozy Crown. The porches were inviting. The coffee bar was well stocked. The couch in the living room was very comfortable. We had family game time every day as the variety of games covered all of our interests. It was easy to get to a grocery store and restaurants. Loved it!

Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Very nice house. Property owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be back. I would recommend staying there. Very convenient location.

The "Cozy Crown" certainly lives up to it's name. Spacious, comfortable, "homey", and beautiful! Our team really enjoyed our stay there and will certainly return anytime we are in the area. The host was also exceptionally helpful & the check-in, check-out process was simple & seamless.

Our group came to Bristol mainly for the NASCAR race , but had a great time discovering several other surrounding areas as well . Crystal , the property owner was a pleasure to work with ! Very caring of our travels , needs … answered all of our questions very quickly … she’s was VERY easy to communicate with , very friendly and helpful ! The house was perfect !! Plenty of space for our group … very well taken care of , nice and clean !!! Loved the front and back porches for sitting outside , saw deer everyday , loved that the bathrooms were stocked with shampoos/ shower gels !! The entire home was VERY well stocked ! The location was perfect… a few minutes drive in all directions to many attractions! We will definitely stay with Crystal again when in the area!!
