Location was okay, cabin had a lot of potential and was pretty.

Wasn’t clean, comfortable, or easy to contact someone! I was informed that some compensation would be given back to use due to the hot tub not working upon arrival and the entire time. The gfci breaker would trip as soon as you tried to turn heat up to get hot tub going. Also our bathroom sink was complete stopped up. We had to remove the drain stopper from sink and it was filled with hair and all kinds of nastiness. We had to leave it out entire time just to be able to brush our teeth. The extra white comforter for couch bed had some old redish brown stains on it. Not to mention our bed sheets were on inside out and wrong. Plus they wouldn’t stay on while sleeping in the bed. There was other things we were dissatisfied with. The most was how hard it was to get a response and try to have issues fixed! Not how I planned a clean cabin away for my husband, son, & I. Super hard to get ahold of. Takes a long time for replies. First phone call was silent then she hung up. Second had to call me back once he contacted owner and still gave me unsure information. He said we would get some compensation back for the things wrong, but I received an email stating we aren’t!!! This is my first bad experience renting anything yet. Very disappointing!!
