The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a problem with the gas and it was dealt with immediately. Texts were answered promptly.
Disappointing. The photos on website looked amazing and I thought there would be a view of Brisbane . We were facing some sad eucalyptus . The toilets were black (colour black) I personally dont like this as its impossible to see if the toilet is clean or not. The shower is a lovely double and huge but the water runs everywhere soaking bath rug and there is no squeege to wipe it up. The sofa is a bed with cushions so not comfortable to sit on and watch TV, which didnt matter as the Wifi is non existent and we couldnt watch anything. There was no cooker or microwave or even nescafe. We were a family of 4 and there were only 2 mugs although there were plenty of other plastic cups. Rubbish bins are situated in the living room. The spiral staircase is very, very steep so I wouldnt recommend this if you have younger children. Around the site there is a lot of junk, parts of old cars etc. To book in you have to provide so many details and a bond of $350. We are tourists travelling all around Australia for the past year and I have never been asked to provide photographs of passport and/or driving licence, credit card, and my own photograph ! I was informed that even backpackers hotels need this. Well from my experience this is not true, it may be because there is no reception to show identity but I felt is was over the top. On the plus side they are very quick to respond to texts and deal with problems that arose.

Gorgeous location, we stayed in one of the older tree houses. There was no heating, and I was worried about it getting cold at night being winter, but it was surprisingly warm. Sitting on the balcony in the morning was beautiful. Lots of comfy seating inside, too - this can be hard to find in a lot of places!
No microwave, shower was great with the exception of only having a shower curtain. Proper glass walls would be 100 times better. Checking in could have been easier - you had to click the link where you previously paid an authorisation amount to access a custom portal to receive your treehouse number and entry code. Having these details texted or emailed directly to the guest would be a LOT less hassle.

It was hard to claim up and down

Beautiful location, well thought out. My partner loved the animals.
Was freezing cold at night- we think a wood fire place would just make the experience 5 star quality.

Very cool concept!
Loved the alpacas.
The grounds and gardens were very untidy and not maintained. Old cars in the bush land.
It would have made the stay comfortable if the tree house had a microwave, a mid to standard size oven and an electric washing machine.
No local information on the area and activities.
No proper fire pit. Just an old stove.
Swimming pool not heated.
In the interest of hiking safety, distance, terrain and water required should be displayed at the beginning of the walking trails.
Bathroom didn’t drain properly. When showering we had to put a towel in the doorway to stop the water flowing into the kitchen.
Staff slow to respond to Booking.com enquiry.

Views are amazing. morning breakfast on the outdoor wooden table was very very nice.
Scenery with animals around feels really special.
Infinity pool right next to it, great extra.
Owner was not helpful / sympathetic with late check-in. Made me think he wanted to get it over with asap, and make no more time wasting.
Furthermore, he asked for credit card pictures OF BOTH SIDES. Which we found crazy after having paid the whole stay + a security deposit. Very weird feeling.
During the stay nobody showed up to check on us if everything was right, recommend hikes, etc. We met the nanny, very friendly, she recommended us the twin falls hike, which we did and was a blast.
Last but not least, on the last night A RAT woke us up in the middle of the night trashing on the kitchen counter. managed to get it out the building. Crazy end of the stay tbh.

The place is beautiful. and the tree houses are unlike anything we have ever stayed in before. There were so many small conveniences that other places would never think of that they already had layed out throughout. The small inclusion of adding some animal feed really made my partner happy as she was able to spend some morning time with them
The only small complaint we had was the bed was a little firm but that is a small price to pay for everything else being so great.

The wow factor was amazing upon arrival.
The novelty of the treehouse, and it's remoteness was lovely.
Providing food to feed the animals was a great. idea
Loved the place and would certainly recommend the experience.
Finding out had to pay a $350 + TXN fee cleaning deposit after paying for the one night stay. Then having to wait 10 days after we stayed for the refund to arrive (less the TXN fee)
No powerpoint in bedroom, but there is a USB charge point. Unable to use sleep machine.
A heads up in info regarding remoteness would be good, cant just duck to corner store or pub for meals or food.
Ramp access to 3, however we got the spiral staircase access. Would have been handy to know these were options, we had passenger with 2 bung knees and a freshly broken wrist.

Wow not what I expected. I mustn't have read the info well...
A great view, lots of pets, lovely pool, nice walks, ,many curiosities every where, great recycling projects. inspirational.
personalised yet could be groups of friends. have a camp fire privately or a bigger group. cereal supplied. Personal BBQ areas, each area cant be compared to another. It is a farm take extra shoes and it is the mountains take a coat. Can be cool.
Not clear on which was our building,
Remember it is a farm and chickens drop feathers. and Mice love farms.
It didnt bother me. I forgot it may be cold. and didn't take thongs
