Check in was so so but booked 2 king rooms only got one King and 2 queen. Should have changed it at the Lobby but just left it alone. Toilet in one room ran all night and lighting in the rooms was awful. 2 bedside lamps that you had to plug in to use but unplug because they would not shut off. King size bed was HORRIBLE! Bed was wore out but had a mattress pad over it to try to make it better, DID NOT!

Our stay was good! Our room was a good size and the beds were comfy. I had my dogs with me so the little area for the dogs was a plus!

Helpful, friendly staff. Allowed an earlyish check -in. Quickly moved me to another room upon discovery of an issue with the first room. Conveniently located close to airport.

The person who checked us in was fantastic. She took time to answer our questions and was truly interested in making sure our stay was pleasant. We checked in on Thursday, October 10 at 8:30 pm.

Room itself was very comfortable. The lobby was extremely hot. They were having issues with their AC, but it was also very customer friendly and had great hospitality.

Not the Hotels fault but road construction right in front of the entrance big pot holes to dodge.
Hotel appearance was nice, lobby are and pool was nice breakfast area was nice. Was was a disappointment, the room we was in, the sink stopped up every time you would turn on the faucet, had to call because the toilet lid was about to fall off, looks like someone tried to kick the bathroom door in but it they use caulk and painted over it. They ceilings had either crayon or marker lines on the ceiling and look like they tried to paint over it.Ceiling that was over the bathtub was peeling off and landing in the shower. The mattresses was HORRIBLE and the sheets had pen marks and a picture that someone drew but they still used it anyway.

I stayed here 9/12-9/15/24 it was horrible. My room had rust in the bathtub. There was no stopper so I couldn’t give my kids baths and had to hold them in my arms while I showered too. My son got sick the first night and we informed the front desk in the morning since we had two beds we just moved beds for the night. Housekeeping didn’t come that day and we were left to put the bed together when we came back that night. The pool was cold. The toilet didn’t work and we had to walk to the other end of the hotel to go to the bathroom that was public. My mom had to be moved rooms her toilet didn’t work either. In the new room it still didn’t work and while I was in the hall I heard another guest complaining of the same issue. The chair in our room was missing a leg and the side table was hanging on by a thread my husband had to fix it so we could use it. I was so disappointed in this stay. We drove from Texas so unfortunately we didn’t have it in the budget to just leave.

Very friendly staff, clean lobby area and rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. There wasn't a lot right near the hotel, but downtown restaurants were within a 5 min. drive.

Front desk service was poor. Tub shower no draining, shower curtain rod broken, the young lady working Saturday morning was responsible for the front desk, shuttle, and breakfast.

Comfortable room with plenty of space. Convenient for the airport and a good shuttle service. Very noisy air-conditioning unit. Neighboring "Club for gentlemen" attracts noisy late night vehicle traffic.

It looked newly remodeled. It was clean and new. The help at front desk was very polite and helpful in afternoon. But when i returned to my room in evening my TV did not work! It would not even turn on!!. I tried calling front desk twice but no answer.. so i went without a TV!! That is part of the cost of my room.. i was not happy!

The rooms could use a small table and chairs, also a comfortable chair for relaxing. There are few restaurants nearby. We were stranded during the IT Microsoft Crowdstrike. The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and were very friendly.

The location (near the airport) and shuttle were great, but a guest's barking dog, the annoying blue lights (that don't turn off) on the lamps (so the room was never dark), the lack of curtains, and lack of bathroom fan made the stay uncomfortable.

The girl at the front desk was actually really nice and tried to help but they lost my reservation and when I tried to get a refund through expida they couldn't reach anyone so they just kept my money! BS if you ask me.

Called ahead to verify pool was open; was told it was… pool was closed when we arrived. Room Air Conditioner did not work well, never cooled down. Had to get a replacement refrigerator as ours wasn’t working properly. Room smelled odd, like a birdcage.

Overall good, I had modest expectations as I am only here to sleep near the airport before continuing my journey. One fly in the ointment is that there was no regular coffee in my room, only decaf. There's also a kind of coffee module that is not designed for the coffee maker in the room.
