Overall this property fit our group's needs very well for a weeklong ski trip! Pros: - Large king-size beds - Infrared sauna - AMAZING post ski recovery - XL hot tub - Spacious kitchen with lots of cooking tools: espresso machine, drip coffee machine, toaster, slow cooker, rice cooker - Location is between Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. Still need a car to get to park & ride for bus or drive to resorts - Espresso machine, once we figured out how to use it since all button labels rubbed off. From L to R: On, Grind, Single, Double. Don't set grind lower than 4 - Left over condiments, coffee and filters - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided - Large washer/dryer with pods - Spacious living areas to hang out. TV was CRISP - Pool table Cons: - House could've used a better clean, particularly bathrooms. Upstairs shower/tub drains very slowly - Dog hair found on carpets. One member of our group has severe pet allergies and had difficulties with allergies during their stay :( We chose this house because it was marked as pet free. While we understand this is for guests to not bring pets we didn't expect for the owners pet hair to linger so much. Black lab problems... - Need rental car - Small non-carpet space to store wet ski boots inside - Needed more paper towels - Ring camera beeping is annoying - Front door hard to open - Hair dryer would be nice :) Kirsten was a great host and very responsive!

My wife and I had a fantastic 7-night stay at this rental. The house exceeded our expectations – it's even nicer than described. The beds are large and incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with an espresso machine, ice maker, and gas range. The finished basement is amazing, it has a pool table, huge TV, kitchenette/bar, and a fantastic gym with sparkling clean equipment, including a sauna. The jacuzzi was awesome after a day of skiing. This is the best jacuzzi we have seen at a short term rental…anywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near both Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude & Brighton) and Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta/Snowbird). Kristen, the host, is outstanding. She's attentive to every detail, with excellent communication. She addressed all our questions before and during our stay promptly and effectively, ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved. She’s an excellent host, A+. We’ll definitely be back for more skiing, and perhaps even for some mountain biking in the summer. This rental has become our top choice for accommodations in Utah.

Lovely house, fully equipped, great access to ski resorts, and a terrific jacuzzi

This property is one of the best all time stays we’ve ever had in a rental. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possible need to prepare meals and entertain. The expresso machine and crushed ice machine were a bonus. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable we’ve had. Huge TV’s upstairs and down. Fun lower level with gym, pool table and bar area. The sauna and hot tub were great after a day of skiing. We would love to rent here again next winter!

This was one of the top 3 nicest stays we’ve had and have over 40 stays in the past ten years. The home was beautiful, hostess was very responsive and they beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had. The location was quick and easy to skiing, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We cooked most nights and had more enough cookware. The expresso machine and crushed ice machine were nice extras. The downstairs with two king bedrooms a bath and a bar/kitchenette, living room and pool table made the house feel like it had two distinct living spaces even though we didn’t use them as such. The neighborhood was lovely for walks and great views. Hot tub, patio, gazebo and backyard made for great outdoor fun. This was a great house for family time! We would most definitely rent again!

Read the fine print. There's no master with an ensuite, we couldn't use the garage (in winter) and this is their home vs a true rental. It was my fault for not reading further about the parking and bedrooms. Now the POSITIVES, the owners were extremely helpful in addressing concerns. They were fast and even brought muffins because of some small issues in the beginning. The house is super clean and very comfortable. It's location is truly centralized. Easy to canyons, shopping, food and highways. Again, the hosts were great. They even let us use their sauna.

This property was very clean and very comfortable for our ski vacation. Owner responded immediately to a small malfunction with the heating. We had a great time.
