The staff were very friendly and encouraged us to use the bbqs, they brought an extra blanket and they were flower thoughtful.

The beds we extremely uncomfortable

New property with super spacious suites. This was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Breakfast was good. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

A bit far from downtown

Room was comfortable. Good lighting. Nice desk to study and work on, good TV and couch was comfortable. Felt like I could stay there for a good amount of time.

Room did not have any drinks or any water. No frigobar at all. The shower did not have a closing door and when I left the shower there was water literally everywhere. The worst part was that my room 125 was the closest room to the common area and I heard people shouting and yelling until 12AM. I had to study for an exam and that made it extremely hard for me to study. Their walls have terrible soundproofing.

We chose your hotel because it had a bar which we could enjoy after traveling. Very disappointing the bartender chose to close the bar with five people sitting at the bar and customer still checking in wanting to have a drink. She said it’s her discretion and bar was closed at 7:30. Will never stay there again at the employees discretion against customers.

Friendly staff, great hot tub, great location.

Toilets should be high rise instead of the lower toilets. Breakfast should include some kind of meat and potatoes. Best Western is a great example of free complimentary breakfasts...that's who we compared you to.

This is a well-designed new hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet! I took a relaxing hot tub, and a swim, and we enjoyed breakfast. This staff was friendly and welcoming. I plan to stay again in the future.
