Location

Bit of a hassle on arrival. Reception was very unprofessional and took a lot to convince them that we did indeed have a reservation. Wasn't sure why that got so confused. One could blame it on the impossible language barrier, but that doesn't really explain them not having any record of the reservation. I think this confusion was perhaps set up as a ploy for the next topic (read on). Looking later at my credit card statement, I was charged and additional $348.16 for no apparent reason. Nobody there is able to explain what the charges were for - and we bought nothing at the building (not that it matters, because any shops and restaurants are not affiliated with Lobby-33 anyway). Long story short - the confusion at check-in was "created" to scam me of my credit card. I later find out that I did not need to provide my card, as the transaction was completed in the booking. With the manufactured confusion and seemingly real possibility that we did not have a booking, they obviously grabbed my card to clip me for a few bucks - which they did indeed.
