I liked everything. Very kind persons, very confortable, big room, free coffee and bananas, easy access to laudry, borrowing bikes for free .... I totally recommend +++ !

Clean, quiet and spacious apartment with great aircon. Located in close proximity to a night market which was super cheap and the food was great, 7/11 and Chiang Mai centre. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Die Unterkunft ist großartig. Es wurde an alles, wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt hier angenehm zu machen. Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Geschirr auf dem Zimmer. Selbst an Regenschirm und Flaschenöffner wurde gedacht. Kleine Küche und Aufenthaltsbereich im Untergeschoss. Snacks, Obst, Kaffee und Tee für Jedermann. Möglichkeit zum Wäschewaschen.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, doch ruhig in einer Seitengasse und nahe des Flughafens. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der wunderbare Kadmanee Nachtmarkt in Laufnähe.
Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal hier ein paar Nächte verbracht.

Big and very clean room, the bed IS very comfortable, the hot And his wife are very gentil And they give advise And try too help if you need, In the interence there IS Always free banana, cakes, beskets, coffe And tee as wall as many cold water bottels in the refregerator. The room IS very well equiped with electrec équipements.

They used scented laundry detergent. We found it a bit overwhelming.

The common room/shared kitchen was great! It was such a great addition to our stay. The room it’s self was of good value which offset is the fact it was not an old Chiang Mai.
We loved that across the street there was a night market where we buy affordable, and interesting food for dinner. Down the street there is a large mall full of quality goods.
The room itself lacked natural light.

The entire place is very cozy, abd the people who operate it are so friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. My first morning there, while waiting for a ride, one of the staff offerred me some sticky rice with potato she'd just picked up from a nearby cart. There are laundry machines on-site. Bed was super comfortable and room was small but just right for my needs. My last evening, the owner popped up with a custard pumpkin dessert (that was delicious). I was given a ride to the airport at 5am. Very accommodating!
Overall, a great location. Good coffee shop 1/2 block away. It was a bit noisy with the construction happening in building next door but that seems to be nearing completion so it should end soon.

Great simple room that had everything we needed. The host let us check in early with no extra costs and we’re very kind.
Only flaw with this property was the shower. The head sat directly at the wall and it was hard to shower.

La habitación más limpia de todo mi viaje por Asia. Con hervidor eléctrico, frigorífico y microondas. Todo un lujo! Habitacion comoda y tranquila. Buena ubicación!
El dueño muy amable. Nos llevó al aeropuerto y nos ayudó con las maletas. Volvería!
No tuvimos un espacio para poder comer tranquilos. Reservé porque era un apartamento pero al final solo funcionaba como habitación. Tuvimos que comer en la cama con una camiseta como mantel. Habia una mesa de escritorio pero solo con una silla.
Sin embargo he visto que otras habitaciones si que tienen sofa o silla y mesas para comer.

Really straight forward check in. Nice comfy bed, perfect AC. Seperate kitchenette and seperate Bathroom. TV works with YouTube. Bike rental really straight forward - keys were handed over when I checked in, pay as you go. Laundry on site straightforward. Great cleaner.
Owners are amazing. Will take you to the airport whenever you need. Very friendly.

Location turned out to be more convenient than I first thought. Stores and eating places were relatively close and short walks. Highlight of my stay were the owners/managers who went the extra mile to assist and did it with smiles.
Sometimes communication could have been a bit better but that is to be expected when we are not fluent in other languages. Not a significant problem.

I lived here for about two weeks and I can say that this is a very pleasant place in a great location. The staff and owners were always very friendly and hospitable. This house has everything you might need, washing machine, bike rental, taxi service to the airport. The rooms are cozy and clean and no noise interfered with my rest, the area is quite quiet and there is 7/11 very close, which was important for me. Thank you very much!

Rooms come with a fridge and microwave.
You get clean towels after a couple of days.
Just next to all the major shopping centres + cinema., Big outdoor food court with low tables mat floor sitting around a mini lake, just across the road. Mostly Thai people around. Good vegan restaurant 5 mn walk. The guy who run will drop you airport or train station anytime for less than 150 bath! And that is priceless!

I liked that the staff felt so familiar when you stay there.Have all the necessary things in the room.They helped when booking a trip to Doi Inthanon.And go trekking in the mountains and walking around in rice fields.

The location was convenient and great value for money. The host was a nice gentlemen, one of the friendliest Thai people we met. He picked us up and also sorted a scooter for us with ease.
The room was slightly hot since we were right on top.
And the beds can be improved.

The room was really big and had everything I needed. The place also has washing machines and a dryer which was perfect. The location is a little outside of town, but with a bicycle or a scooter not a problem. The owner was really helpful and nice and also gave me a lift to my next place. Highly recommend this place.

This was the first place we stayed after flying in to Chiang Mai. Check in was so easy, the host is kind and helpful. The location is near a night market and other shops you might need. The room itself was clean, had a little kitchen area, and a view of the city. The beds are quite firm, but not impossible to sleep on. My partner was quite ill while we stayed here and it was the perfect private space for him to rest in. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend it.

The very helping, always smiling, cheerful staff. His presence can make you happy & he's always there to help you anytime. It really felt like home. I really liked the little green sitting area on the first floor,just beside our room. Exit the property, cross the road & there's a night market. Seven eleven is almost beside the property. Really liked staying there.
The property is a little away from the center. There was also a small issue in the bathroom that it was taking time to drain the water. Otherwise, it was great staying there.

The host is very friendly, the service is really nice. The apartment is so cute and comfort.
The shower head is super small idk if it's Thai style or something but it's quite difficult to shower. And minus thing is that there's no hair dryer

Nice quiet area. KAD MANEE CHIANG MAI night market right opposite the road and in my opinion one of the most beautiful markets in Chiang Mai. Convenience store next door and both yellow and red busses on route. Easy to get to Central festival and old town. 500 meters from Central Airport Plaza. Nice Japanese restaurants surrounding the accommodation and the Chiang Mai cultural center 30m away. Just delightful. Really didn't expect all of this when I booked. The owners and staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice with all all Amenities and kitchen facilities provided. Perfect for a short or long term stay.

We loved it here as the host and gis family made us feel at home from the very beginning. They made everything possible, explained the washing machines, gave us scooters to rent, drove us to the bus terminal and so on.
This stay was very convenient and comfortable for us - just a short walk away from Old Town and yet quiet. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean! We loved the fact that it had so many extras like the fridge, the table, the small sofa and many other things.
