The property was incredibly central in Plett, sitting right on Main Street you are walking distance to all the main restaurants and the Market. The coffee shop is perfect in the morning to get a start on the day. The off street parking is secure. The roof is a perfect size and has all the required features. Staff were very kind and helpful and provided great advice on locations and activities.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum van het leuke plaatsje plettenberg baai. De kamers zijn ruim en heel mooi ingericht! De eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijk en willen je overal bij helpen. Het is super leuk dat er in de ochtend een goede koffie/lunch zaak bij zit. Ook hier is het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor een verblijf in plettenberg baai is dit hotel absoluut een aanrader! :)

Located on the main street with good restaurants around, nice gesture to provide coffee and croissant for a simple breakfast. Room is spacious and comfortable, comes with Netflix. Secured parking available. Staff is extremely helpful.

The parking is just a little tight but otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful room! Walking distance from everything. Scored a free cuppachino and croisant from the bakery just outside of the property. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money🫶

This place is beautifully renovated and so convenient for a short stay in Plett. Philippa was so friendly and made check in a breeze. We also really enjoyed the coffee at Eleven.

We thought the room we booked would have a window but it only had a skylight. I think if we’d stayed any longer this would have been a shame.

Friendly and very hospitable welcome after long journey. Grateful for complementary coffee and croissant for breakfast. Love the coffee shop staff and service overall. Lovely local feel in a friendly community.

First time i slept in a room with no windows. I am in the property business and there is no way that room 7 complies with ther requirements of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act. If I had been told up fron that the room had no windows (apart from a tiny widow in the toliet area taht can only be opend buy about 20cm due to an external water cylindar placed up against it) i would not have booked it. I bumped into an award wiining architect friend of mine having coffee outside and showed him the room. He was atsounded at what he saw. It is crealy not legal in terms of the building regulations. It is by far the very worst room i have ever slept in. Nothing wrong with the interior . The shower was generous and the bed and bedding most comfortable but no windows !!!

Eleven is conveniently located with restaurants, coffee shops and activities all within walking distance. Philippa is a great host who offered great recommendations for things to do around town and was always willing to help.

I loved the bed,it was very comfortable with luxe bedding.

I didn't like that there is no window in the room and just a vaulted sky light as a source of light.That was an inconvenience as we had to go outside each morning to see the weather before we could dress for the day.They had black towels in the bathroom and those were never changed once.That cemented my discomfort about places that don't use white towels as it can be a slippery slope when it comes to their cleanliness.Make sure to have a small luggage as they have narrow winding stairs and you carry your own luggage.

The complimentary croissant and coffee in the morning was truly amazing. The best I had while in SA. Location was great as easy to wander to shops and restaurants for food. Having on site parking was great as I didn't have to worry about the car then.

Lovely boutique hotel with a very nice cafe. Phillipa was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Great rooms, beds and furnishings. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay there again if I was in Plettenberg Bay. Very central and close to lots of shops, restaurants and night life.
