The interior of this property/unit is serenely decorated. It was a pleasure to spend most evenings enjoying sunsets on the upper level deck. It was a pleasure to stay here and hope to return! Yoga mats would be a nice edition.

This condo really lives up to the online photos. Well curated, comfortable, with a lovely view of the bay. There was a little street noise at night, on the street above us, but by in large this condo was a CLASS ACT! The owner was quick to answer questions and make surer our needs were met. You will not be disappointed in this property.

Very nicely designed unit, right on the water. Very nice.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for five days early August. The condo was very clean and for the most part well stocked. The two bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. The kitchen was great to work in… we ate breakfast at home and made dinner one night and there were plenty of pots/pans and utensils to work with. There is only one tv in the main area which was fine for us as we were not there to sit and watch tv but for some it might be an issue. We love the San Diego area and had never spent any time in Carlsbad. It is a very easy and nice seaside town. Plenty of good restaurants, bars, and beautiful beaches. The condo is a walkable distance to the beach proximately 15 minutes. We were traveling with three children/young adults. The only negatives to our stay was the air conditioning went out for two days. Luckily San Diego gets cool in the evenings but it was quite stuffy with the high humidity. In order to get air circulating to the lower level where the bedrooms were both sliding doors need to be open in the bedrooms. This was a safety issue for us as our two daughters shared the bedroom that opened out to a courtyard easily accessible to the street, so in order to have any air flowing that door needed to be left open. Fortunately, everything worked out and the area seemed safe. Overall, it was a nice vacation and Ross was easy to get ahold of when needed.

We spent a week and it was fantastic. Ocean breezes all day and a few nights of really impressive sunsets. The pleasant surprise was the openness of the space - the sliding doors are a perfect fit. We road our bikes (we brought them) to Torrey Pines and back which was stunning. It was bright and clean and we were very happy with the linens, towels, etc. Plenty of room for 2 adults. The property investment shows. Really lovely space. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Leaving was difficult!

The condo was very nicely decorated and in a convenient location. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. If I had any complaints, it would be that there were no spices at all in the cupboards. The basics would be great…salt/pepper, olive oil, season salt, etc. We were also unable to sit on the patio most nights because of a tremendous amount of mosquitos from the lagoon. I would recommend leaving citronella candles/bug spray for guests.

This unit is beautiful with a comfy high end experience. The views of the Buena Vista lagoon are spectacular! The house was pristine clean, luxurious beds, and very well stocked. Close to Carlsbad Village and Oceanside! We had the best time! Thank you!!

We stayed here for 4 nights while we took our kids aged 2-6 to Legoland and the zoo. This was a great location and set up for us. 10 minutes to Legoland and enough room for our 3 kids to have space. Would recommend for families looking for somewhere to stay close to amenities.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and were very comfortable. The condo was beautifully done and well appointed. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets that made it easy to stay organized. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Every corner of this place is tastefully decorated to the nines. Had all the comforts and necessities one might want or need to entertain or just relax in comfort. Locale is good. Quiet but walkable to downtown Carlsbad. Beds are comfy. Linens are nice! Easy communication w the owner. Definitely hope to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to meet up with our two son's who recently relocated near Carlsbad. The Condo was gorgeous inside and out and we throughly enjoyed just hanging out and ended up eating half our meals in, since one son was working on a project all day and enjoying the views. The host was very responsive and everything was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends!

Ross communicated from the start and the place was amazing. The views are wonderful and the location is easy to walk into town. Ross paid attention to details in all the spaces including comfortable beds which made it difficult to leave. We tried to organize a trip in the near future and it’s already booked so plan ahead! Well worth it!

Staying at this property is the same as a 7-star hotel, except with an magnificent view of the lagoon and a lot more room! Every detail is thought of from fine Turkish high thread count linens and towels to coffee options of apparatus, to lovely glasses, dishes and the decorating is beyond serene and masterfully executed! The beds and duvets were so comfortable and the chef's kitchen had everything you could ever wish for! The flow of the unit is perfect providing privacy downstairs with wonderful customized bathrooms and plenty of space upstairs for family moments. Lots of games and even a bar with Perrier waiting for your favorite spirit! We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back! Ross was also a wonderful host and on-call to us 24/7! Beautiful, clean, and well stocked condo. The property owner/manager was awesome to work with. Everyone in our group highly rated this place.

A very nicely renovated, decorated and furnished condo in a small but older building complex. My wife and I spent 10 nights here in January. The unit has everything we needed and includes plenty of good quality towels and linens. We really enjoyed the top deck and the sunset view was amazing. Communications with owner Ross were responsive and excellent. It's only a 10-15 minute walk into Carlsbad village and the beach, passing a great coffee shop on the way. Turn right out of the condo onto Jefferson, turn right on Laguna and then left on Roosevelt. Steady State coffee is on the right in the corner of the parking lot. A short walk down the alley gets you on to State Street and the village. Lofty is also a great place for breakfast or lunch.
