It's was very clean, and comfortable. Very vibrant and beautiful set up. The staff was supportive and bathroom toilets were very clean. Lots of cafes and restaurants on walking distance.

Great quieter location by the beach often with free transfers into town for events to get the best of both worlds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff with a fantastic co owned restaurant and bar across the road. Private room was nice, clean and comfortable. Extended our stay an extra 2 nights with no hastle as we weren't ready to leave.

This property is very clean to stay at. Clean rooms and washrooms, warm staff to help you with whatever you want. Beach access. Events happening every day. Great food at the restaurant. Free shuttle service to the old town which is about 4-5 KM's away.

There could have been a water dispenser in every building, if not every floor. Also, if the restaurant can have a options for room service, that would be great.

Fabulous staff. The bar/restaurant is right across the street, and right on the beach. Beautiful swimming pool at the hostel. 5-5:30pm free beer. The restaurant's banh xeo and their fried rice are both excellent. A Grab motorbike is only 31,000vnd from where I stayed in Hoi An Old Town.

The restaurant food and drinks are a bit expensive.

The location is great, and our private room was spacious with a big bathroom and a separate shower. Nice balcony, and overall, it's very clean and tidy and they have drinking water. The staff is very helpful. You can get breakfast, food and drinks at the bar opposite the street. There is a clean and really good-sized pool with towls for free. The staff organised a scooter for us to get around Hoi An.

The bar is a bit pricy, but you get a discount for the breakfast items. Due to several storms in the last years, the beach isn't the paradise beach it used to be.

Awesome place with both dorms and privates. The private room was great to have more privacy and you still get to enjoy the social atmosphere of a backpackers spot. Staff are the best and they have a beautiful restaurant/bar across the street with beautiful beach views.

very clean, beautiful rooms and pool area, super comfy bed, wonderful friendly staff, stones throw from the beach, very decent hot shower, lots of nice touches - beach towels provided, hair dryer, robes, refill water etc . Staff really went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay

lots of construction going on around the hotel and rooms are not sound proof, guests are encouraged to go to the restaurant/pub opposite but food wasn’t nice in my opinion, trips/tours on offer I felt were pretty limited, TV in room doesn’t work, walk from the hotel to the other side of the beach (where there are a lot more nicer bars and restaurants) is not the nicest!

Fuse was my favourite stay in Vietnam! Extremely Neat and Clean! Warm Staff, Speacially Adam at the reception, they have good bikes for rent and the location is simply the best. Food speacially their Tacos and Falafel is out of the world The staff treats you like a family, I thoroughly recommend this property to everyone 🤍

The hostal itself was really nice, used to be a boutique hotel.

1. The description says the reception is 24 hours and it is not, they operate from 6 am - 9 pm I think. This would not be an issue, except I said I was arriving at 5 am, was told that was fine and then arrived and no one was at the desk. Thankfully there was a security man that let me sleep on the couch until reception opened. 2. The location is isolated, there are 2 beach bars (1 of them is the hostals) across the street and that's it. So you'll be spending a pretty penny getting a cab back and forth unless you have your own scooter. 3. The hostal bar was expensive, I paid for 3 drinks (1 of them was happy hour) plus got a kids burger and it was over $20.00 USD 4. The next morning woke up at 4 am to banging on the door, the security guard from the night before was trying to let 2 girls into the room and their key was not working. This is fine, but 1. shouldn't he have a key? and 2. there were 2 other people sleeping in the room. I let them in, and he turned on all of the lights and was shouting on the phone to someone. So had 2 bad night's of sleep here, just bad luck. You can tell the location has potential, there are some nice residential apartments in the area and construction going on. I assume they cannot charge hotel rate's right now so have turned it into a hostal to get what they can while the area is still in progress. I respect that, but the least they could do would be to make the hostal bar affordable, otherwise it feels like a bait and switch. I paid $4/night (obviously super cheap) but with limited options on where to eat/drink spent $20+ on 1 meal and additionally quite a bit to get to town and back.

Warm, friendly and fun staff. This was my favourite stop so far of my Vietnam travels!
