Localização, apartamento impecável e exactamente como a descrição

Um pouco frio o que no inverno o torna menos confortável

The property located in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to nature and Lousa is accessible by bus that stops near pingo doce which is 15 min walk from the flat. It was ideal for us since we came to hike and to fish. The river with the beach and fishing spots just 10 min walk away. The flat itself was spacious and clean. There was no clear check in or check out instructions sent to us in time, and I had to contact the host to get the information. There was also no mentioning in the description of the flat that you need a swimming cap for the pool, which could have been nice to know so we could enjoy it without the need of taking a trip to Decathlon while on holidays. Other than that, everything was good!

Good matrasses but bed structure was in poor shape. We missed some additional towels for the pool + for the feet in the bathroom.

Swimming pool was not working.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Car parking was easily found in the street nearby.

The apartment could have been superb with a little more attention given to details such as - The owner/manager did not respond to messages via Booking.com, WhatsApp (My phone could receive but not send SMS messages - I informed the owner/manager through Booking.com); the address given on the booking sheet was incorrect; I had to telephone when we arrived in the street to get instructions regarding the key, no instructions as to where to leave the key on departure. The dishwasher has no detergent provided; no soap for the shower, coffee machine but no capsules; no information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets. No information on where to dispose of rubbish, or spare rubbish bags. It is essential to have a car to get into Coimbra from the apartment, but there was no information regarding parking (we discovered the Parque Verde car parking ourselves, it was brilliant!!)

The apartment was great, rooms were big and everything was really clean.

The checkin process was not clear. It would have been better to recieve instructions some days before we arrived or even on the same day in the morning. We had to call them several times until we had a response, so not ideal.
