Mildew, Moldy smell. black dust on ceiling around air vents. Many pieces of broken furniture. no lights in sitting area. Air conditioner did not reach the master bedroom. vent fan in master bedroom made a horrible loud sound. EVERY fixture and door knob rusted. Dryer was rusted and took 4 times to dry small load of clothes. No TV in guest bedrooms. No broom to sweep the floors. master bath shower desperately need retiling. We would have found another place but spent our vacation fund on this place. Also, had to park in the grass! We are not picky people but this condo is horrible. Rotten food left in the garbage disposal. We tried to only sleep here and stay out of it the rest of the day.

The location was perfect, with plenty of space for 6-8 people. And for January they keep their pool warm which was a plus.

The fact that the windows in the master bedroom could not close all the way and there were no screens in them was a little disappointing.
