Great apartment, very clean, lovely comfortable beds, coffee and tea provided, and tvs for kids to use in their own room. Picked a top apartment which had no noise. Everything provided which we could need.

Everything was great, nothing we didn't like

Very spacious considering my group was 6 adults, beds and couch very comfortable. Super location. Host very helpful throughout. Able to accommodate late check out at small price which was bonus

Only one toilet but layout not big enough for 2. Main front door slammed very loud when sleeping in ground floor in living room.

The apartment was clean and had comfortable sofas and beds. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a TV in lounge and both bedrooms. It was well decorated and had a nice colour scheme. It was easy to access the apartment. It was not far from Jesmond metro station which made it easier for us to get around as we travelled by train. There were lovely complementary biscuits and chocolates and plenty of tea and coffee. A first aid kit in the bathroom.

We could not get induction hob to work which restricted what we could cook . The oven and microwave and all other kitchen equipment was fine The kitchen sloping window was difficult to close

Good location, easy to get to the city centre. The flat had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Thank you!

A little noisy at night.

Very modern interior and well appointed. Very clean. Super Kitchen had all you needed with tea coffee and cooking oil etc. Great shower.

No freezer compartment or freezer. Apartment was too hot. It was a 20 degree day but the apartment was uncomfortably warm. Couldn't get 2 cars in garage side by side so had to move cars at same time as other flat which was very complicated. Twin beds not comfortable as they had a huge oversize wide topper on them making the bed unstable to sleep in and my mother nearly fell out

The flat is great and clean, worm atmosphere, comfortable and clean. The location is great, very close to the city center in a save and great location, there is a garage in the building for people who would leave their car.
