Nice modern large apartment in close walking distance to shopping mall and other facilities. Great view of the city and coast line. Very quiet, hardly any road noise, rarely heard any neighbors, very private. We used this apartment as a base to explore this part of Iceland. We felt completely at home. Owner was readily contactable when and if needed.

The cleaning was not 100%, tumble dryer , refrigerator and microwave own was dirty.

Comfortable accommodation and great facilities. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Family oriented neighborhood with little parks throughout the complex. Close drive or walk to groceries. Lots of parking. Nice firm beds. Great communication from Kjartan.

The apartment was a little warm, but with open windows and the patio door, it cooled down quickly.

Lovely apartment in a nice area that suited our family perfectly. Close to shopping mall (Smáralind), swimming halls and several grocery stores. Bus stop nearby that can take you to Reykjavik within 20 minutes.

Everything is good

Perfect location. we traveled a lot while visiting Iceland. This apartment was in the perfect spot to get you outside of Reykjavík and onto the main roads. Downtown Reykjavik was actually our first choice, but that booking was canceled. This was our second choice and it turned out to be much better.

Only one bathroom, but we made it work.
