Property was well organized fully equipped, and very clean. Central to many opportunities during the day and night

We visited my parents and booked this home for our visit to The Villages. It was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The homeowner was very gracious and answered our questions and made helpful suggestions for our visit. The home includes a golf cart, bicycles with helmets, and pickle ball paddles. The home was stocked with kitchen basics, bathroom basics, and smart TVs for entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking it for our next visit.

This is a very nice rental home with cute decor in the Villages that comes with 4 bikes and a couple helmets and a 4 seater Yamaha gas powered golf cart. Everything in the home looks brand new and is nicer than you find in most rentals. The home was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and had cozy Nestwell sheets. The kitchen comes with a Keurig. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The listed guest contact, Lora, was unreachable. The listing said cable/satellite but it was actually smart TV channels with movies. Local channels were not available. My only suggestion would be to add cabinet hardware to make the cabinets and drawers a little easier to open. The recreation center nearest this home is the nicest one we saw (Fenney). Don't miss the Fenney nature walk. We also enjoyed playing shuffleboard and darts inside Fenney Recreation. Our dog loved taking the golf cart to the beautiful pedestrian path filled with huge oak trees near the pickleball courts at Spanish Moss Recreation each morning. The town squares were really too far to take the golf cart from this home so we drove but Publix is just 2.5 miles away and a fun golf cart ride. House warming, location perfect, loved the scenery by lanai

The location was good, my friends really liked it. I didnot get the chance to use any of the amenities. Time and weather didn't allow. I will return later this year

Everything felt brand new. It was extremely clean and cheerful and decorated nicely. It had a very nice kitchen. It felt safe. We used the golf cart to go to the local pool (pack your own beach towels) and Fenny Grill. It has two beds and a fold out couch. The mattress I slept on in the secondary bedroom was OK, but not not great.Because it is in a "newer" area you will need an automobile to go to the town squares. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean cottage. Kitchen well equipped with new cookware and dishes, that made cooking easy. Very nice neighbors, and easy access to Hudson Beach, and other beautiful natural areas within 30 min. Host answered all questions quickly. Nice kayaks and bikes in garage for our enjoyment.

Place is large and clean. But 3rd bedroom pullout well below par. Also bedding could use upgrade more blankets and pillows
