Location
Advertised as a clamping pod in the picture which we where expecting to stay in, travelling down from Scotland only to find it was a chalet very let down. Spend the next morning sorting it out with Booking.com which was a waste of time as they blamed yourself and nothing was sorted to our satisfaction in the end we sorted out other accommodation ourselves. Lesson learnt don’t use booking.com and don’t expect to stay where the picture shows!!!!

The property was just exactly what we wanted, it was warm, cosy and had all the amenities for a little trip away. Me and my girlfriend enjoyed it very much and it was hassle free. Even the guy who runs it offered to give us a lift back to the local town as my car had broken down unexpectedly the day before and it saved us a massive headache! Couldn’t recommend enough!
No TV if you was staying longer but for one night who needs that when you have some alcohol, a hot tub and good company!

hotub was great , held the heat .The cabin also was warm at night and very cosy , with a great view
had to pay an extra £50 in person as the booking .com fees were too much in comparison to their website so ended up paying £230

Gorgeous view.
Nice to have a lazy spa to relax after a long day of waking.
The toilet door wouldn’t open properly, it was hard for my daughter to open the door.
The lights didn’t work by the lazy spa. There were loose cables.
The double bed needed a few more pillows.
The lazy spa could have been a little warmer on arrival.

The area was so nice, caretaker was welcoming and helpful. The pod was cozy, the view of neighbouring sheep and countryside was beautiful!
The bbq was unusable which is what we planned to use. Although caretaker got us a disposable bbq, it was advertised the bbq would be accessible to cook with.
A ginger cat kept coming into our pod, following us when we had food and scratching/jumping at our door early morning waking us up, meaning we weren’t wanting to keep our pod door open when in and out incase the cat came in.

Location was good very quiet and peaceful
No bottle opener or corkscrew no large knife for bread ect legs missing off electric hob making it a bit unstable

Me and my partner absolutely loved our stay this was our first night away weve had since my second child in 4 years
The area was so peaceful beautiful view. We had company from the owner cat Valentino and he was the highlight to our stay the place was amazing and ive just re booked it for just before christmas time and i cant wait to stay again. Steve was very helpful highly reccomend.

Lovely location, easy check in as the key was already in the door. Coffee/sugar/tea, kettle, fridge and microwave were available.
Bed was comfy, would recommend taking your own pillows as you are only provided with one.
Woken up very early due to there not being a blind on the door. When I have turned the hot tub on, the bubbles were extremely strong and it was throwing water out of the sides. Therefore, the water was way under the minimum fill line.
I have text the hosts (as they left their number in case you needed anything)but no reply
Also couldn’t get the radiator to work, but there was a portable electric one available

Hot tub was great, comfortable bed & great to have a private space to sit outside & view the countryside.
There wasn’t really any cooking utensils, we even had to ask for a sharp knife.

Steve was great and helped us get our bbq going. lovely location and stunning views. hot tub was cleaned and warm ready to go when we arrived. we arrived slightly early and it was no problem. would go back again and recommend :)

Sold as hot tub not lazy spa. Expected sturdy base due to recent fracture. Previous guest left prescribed steroid cream on table in pod. Stained bed sheets on an extremely uncomfortable bed. Poor cleanliness in general. Not up to standard. Mini fridge iced up resulting in door not being able to close and therefore running all night. Loose socket behind microwave. Insecure kitchen tap and an unwanted cat spraying inside pod.

Peaceful location, lovely for a little get away. Friendly staff. Quiet area, relaxing in the hot tub. Some cute cats from locals around the area. Adequate cooking utensils & facilities. Tea, coffee & sugar available but need to bring everything else eg milk, oil if cooking etc.
Not great signal or wifi available. Could do with more signposting as no reception area to check in.

it was okay location was the best tbh
bed sheets had stains onit, no staff to welcome or to get help from, door was very stiff to open and close, lights didn’t work outside by hot tub, no Wi-Fi very disappointed
