Good location for a night near to the airport, hotel was clean and comfortable

Compared to the rest of India, rickshaw/taxi prices from the airport are really high considering how close it is and only a 5 minute drive. The hotel could look to set up a set fare/shuttle to help this!

Location is peaceful. Staffs are all well mannered. Service is very good which we lag now a days in most of the hotels. Staffs all are calm and service oriented. Room is worth the cost. Its well arranged and equipped.

This new hotel had all the amenities I needed as a solo traveller. The Owners, Management and Staff were very helpful kind and generous. I had asked the owners help to obtain a local Sim Card and they agreed. Sunil the Manager of the hotel took the kindness one step further and personally took me to the Vodaphone shop where he spoke with 2 lovely ladies who got me the Sim Card. On the day I was leaving Sunil drove me to the Station. A good hotel is all about PEOPLE . Whether they are kind and generous makes the big difference. I Recommend this Hotel. I thank Sunil for his help and personal time.

Clean room, comfy bed and the room service works well and is very well priced (same as a normal restaurant). Internet in the room works perfectly and fans are good - more than enough for January no need for AC

On arrival we asked the reception staff to arrange for a taxi to pick us up at 4am next day, as well as a wake up call at 3h45. There was no wake up call and the taxi never showed up, in addition there was no one in the reception for us to pay for the room service nor to ask for the taxi, we had to go to a hotel next door seeking for help and pay for a more expensive taxi.

This hotel is by car about 6 minutes away from the airport. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade our rooms with AC. We did that because the air was bad without AC. The rooms were so far clean. Only the towels and one bathroom of our rooms wasn't cleaned up before we checked in. After consultation we were provided with new towels and the bathroom was cleaned up. They were sorry and that's a mistake due to shortage of staff and training of new employees. The shower has only hot water at the lower faucet, so you have to use the bucket for showering warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

New building so everything was very clean. Excellent price and location is quite close to the airport. I walked in the early morning and it took me 20 mins to reach the airport. If they keep same fares, it is an excellent accomodation for a day
