Assuming you don't mind being away from the centre of town, the location was great. Lovely views of mountains in the distance. Very quiet road, so even if you're a poor sleeper like I am it should be quite easy to sleep. A basic breakfast is provided. Assuming you don't mind sharing a bathroom the facilities are great. What was particularly good was that the owner will pick you up from and drive you back to the centre of town at the beginning and end of your stay, saving you having to haul your luggage around. The owner is a very kind and caring person.

it was like an airbnb. so separate bedroom with queen bed which was super comfortable and clean! the host lady was really sweet and helpful! i could iron all my clothes. had some free breakfast things. has parking on site. great overall stay! very comfortable place. very close to beach etc. clean big bathroom and shower and well stocked.

Sheila is an excellent host. Her home is very welcoming. She goes above and beyond for her guests. Rooms are clean. The location is nice as it is half way between Rosses Point(the beach) and the strand. She has a beautiful home and back garden. I will surely rebook there when I return to the beautiful town of Sligo. Brilliant!

Sheila is an absolutely brilliant host. The rooms are laid out perfectly, great facilities. We only had a short stay but it is absolutely ideal accommodation for anyone looking to surf for a few days or explore the local area. Great selection of items available for a light breakfast to start your day off just right.

Easy to find, quiet, and while we didn't have much time to speak with Sheila, she was very nice and unobtrusive. Shower got hot quickly and the included breakfast was nice!

Parking was a bit tight, but just fine

Rosemount was situated in a lovely quiet area of Sligo. The room was nice and homely and the bed was very comfortable. Sheila the host was really friendly, (and even gave me some fresh Rosemary and Bay Leaves from her garden to take home with me).

No criticisms whatsoever !! Was somewhere nice to stay for a very reasonable price.

Old stained furniture and no chair in bedroom...bathroom shared...breakfast minimal...only white bread...no oj or fruit

Very friendly host, but who also knew to leave us our space. The bed was up to hotel standards. The place was clean, tidy and welcoming. As we did not have a car, the host kindly offered to drive us places every morning. Breakfast was available any time of the day, with a wide range tea, toast, a choice of cereals, many cereal bars to choose from...etc. And they were 3 lovely cats.
