We had trouble getting into the house and searched emails but no code was provided and had a late check in. The real problem wasn’t until after we had left. I got a notification for an extra $100 fee. I contacted the host and he claimed it was for the late check out of 30 minutes. Although we checked in late on his FAULT since there was not a check in code. There wasn’t enough trash bags to last us the 3 nights we had booked. We loaded the dishwasher and started it before we left & washed all the towels that we had used before leaving. He then claimed the cleaning crew took 7 hours to clean the house after we had left. The only thing that was left was two pots in the sink soaking in hot soapy water since there was no pot scrubbers to properly clean the pots. Other than that we loaded the dish washer and started it before we left and washed all the towels that we had used. I received a text message just before we left from the host that the housekeeper was on the way. Then he later changed his story and said because of our late checkout it delayed the housekeepers schedule and delayed the next guest to check in. ALL of his claims are INCORRECT & I even have video proof and of the whole house left in near perfect shape & documentation that no check in code was provided. He then threatened us with small claims court if we did not pay this extra fee & pretty much called me a liar. This guy is ridiculous and blew this out thing out of proportion. Never had this problem.

Beautiful Home, Great Location and Bryan wash great to work with. They have everything you need to enjoy a week in Punta Gorda!!

We had an excellent time at Coastal Cozy. The pictures are true to the property. Bryan is an excellent host and thought of everything a visitor could need during their stay. Can’t wait to come back.
