It was very clean and the people were great.

The place was very comfortable, pleasant environments. Friendly staff, from the front desk to breakfast hosting. Room spacious with big bathroom and clean ,beds very comfortably. The only Con is getting into then Hotel. They need a tall standing pole to show the entrance of hotel..Gps coordinate is off..

The property is new. Only been open for 6 months. Check in was quick, room was accommodating. Can’t ask for more. Just a bit tricky getting in. You need to turn in from Salem Road, where the urgent care is at.

I had trouble sleeping air conditioner/ heater was at times too loud and woke me up or did not felt asleep at all

The employees were on task and very friendly and the room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

I took my wife out for a evening, stayed a night away from home & kids. Tried to make it a lil cute & romantic for her. While my wife showered i layed roses, played some soft music and lit a candle. The candle made the smoke detector go off. The phone instantly rang from the front desk. I informed them I lit a candle & asked them to come to the room if they felt it was anything else. To my surprise the next afternoon i received a call from Management informing me, they will be charging me $250 smoking fee. The claim they smelled cigarette smoke in the room. I nor my wife smoke! Ridiculous claim! They should've came to inspect the room and would've realized it was simply a candle not cigarette.

Comfortable mattresses

I'll definitely consider staying here again if availability / schedule lines up. Staff was very friendly to me ... extremely professional and courteous. Hotel appears fairly new. The room was super clean (which was great). Hotel is located just off of I-20, so it was easy to find ... very convenient for me to get to other areas to see family and friends in the area. Stayed here for a few days before Thanksgiving.

The staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of dining options around the area. The rooms were nice clean and quiet. Will stay again.

I love this hotel. It is modern, very clean, friendly staff and great location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no closet, which is strange. However the room is comfortable. The breakfast is standard and as expected. The staff is the best part of the stay. You are greeted with smiles and laughed around every corner.

The property was newly renovated and that is nice, but the room was not clean, you could see the shoe print on the floor in the bathroom and in the bedroom, also hair in the shower stall.

This hotel has not had construction cleaning completed and this was evident everywhere. My room was not clean from the previous guest. I found hair in the shower, and some sort of hair dye packaging. The finish quality was very poor throughout the property inside and out. It was also loud probably due to lack of sound insulation. I would not recommend staying at this location until it is actually ready for guest.

We arrived a few hours early. I expected to just wait until check in. They were so nice to allow me to check in early. They stay was nice they also put my family on the same floor!!

The commode was not flushing in our room. We had to use restroom out in lobby. Expedia charged my credit card twice for one night.

Like everything except they did not have enough options for breakfast. Loved the automated 24 coffee. Cool.
